Love this business! I definitely recommend. Brent was very impressive. He was accommodating, swift, and thorough. We are over the road semi truck drivers and were on our way back from Washington to Kansas when a rock decided to fulfill a vendetta on our windshield. EVERY SINGLE SHOP within 40 miles of Nampa was unavailable to help, let alone give a quote for the glass because they didn't have it in stock. This is our second time calling up integrity auto glass and both times were 5 stars for service and a job well done. I give them our insurance info and a little bit of info and they get it all scheduled and figured out. They have the best customer service! They promptly show up with professionalism and never try to sell us anything extra like the big commercialized window companies. These guys know their stuff!

Great experience with Integrity Auto. I needed my drivers side vent window completely replaced. Unfortunately no one in the TV had it in stock. Integrity was able to source the glass, get it from the dealership, and install it all under 48 hours. They were so friendly and made the process so easy. I’m addition, they came in under the quote they originally gave me when I initially called them.

I've got to say the ease these folks made this process was wonderful. I was able to text and reach out to them about my needs and they made this process super easy. I just had the BEST experience at integrity auto glass! The scheduling process was easy. GREAT customer service! I was able to get my car in quickly. They were on time for my appointment, early actually, and Brent took the time to explain what was going on with my car. They recently opened a new Meridian location and still offer their mobile service. I highly recommend!

I called Integrity at 8am this morning for a quote for a windshield replacement and they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. I decided to stick around and wait in the lobby with my dog. Brent was very kind and very helpful. Hopefully I don’t need a new windshield any time soon, but when it’s time, I will be returning to Integrity!
