While on a solo cross country road trip I got a good size rock thrown on my windshield leaving a nickel size star just east of Meridian. I was immediately concerned about my travels ahead into extreme cold and snow with this large windshield chip. My husband looked up windshield repairs in Meridian and found the Glass Doctor as I continued to drive. Tara was great! She told him to have me swing by so they could see if it could be repaired and if so, they could get me in within an hour and keep me on my travel route! Wow! When I arrived, they immediately assessed the rock chip, thankfully fixable! EVERYONE was so very nice and friendly. They slipped me right in and I was in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes. The repair was very well done, you can barely tell where the “star” was. I was very grateful to have this repaired before heading into winter weather on my travels which surely would have cracked the windshield. I tried to take an after photo, but the repair would not show up on the picture-the repair was that good! Thank you Glass Doctor team for taking such good care of me and my copilot, Truman enjoyed all the attention! Highly recommend!

Was very impressed with the Service, Speed, and Super honesty! I brought my truck in because of a leak in the back window. I received a quick call to touch basis and was informed very honestly that it was possibly the brake light leaking. They had done an assessment and it was leaking which is a common factor but they were informing me that they were going to do a second test on the rear window, they called back to tell me the rear window was also leaking. The gentleman that I was working with was Brandon and he was great (super honest, very helpful, and definitely willing to go the extra mile). Brandon told me my truck was available for pick up and I could make an appointment to replace the glass. He called a short time later to tell me, he had just gotten my glass in and could replace it immediately if I wanted (which I did), it was fixed really fast. I talked with Annemarie to have my windshield replaced. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient! I was amazed that The Glass Doctor was able to get a new windshield and scheduled me all within a week! When I took my car into The Glass Doctor, Steven, helped me at the front desk. He, too was friendly and helpful. I do not know the name of the technician who worked in my car, only because I've didn't keep his phone message. He was gracious and had it ready midday! The Glass Doctor of SW Idaho is an #A1 glass repair shop! Bridger, the glass technician, was absolutely the best! A big shout out to Him. I cannot even see where the rock chipped my windshield! Plus Bridger and Ross cleaned the outside of my car windows and vacuumed the inside of my car! I previously went to safelight repair 2 yrs ago and I would never go back. They left a circle round the chip area that I see every day! Bridger and Ross are at the Meridian location. There is also one in Garden City. Hands down they are the BEST glass repair shop! Absolutely! If you need to replace your windshield or repair a crack then you need to go see the Glass Doctor of SW Idaho!!

My experience at the Glass Doctor on S Meridian Road in Meridian, Idaho was absolutely amazing! Branden completed the installation quickly; even calibrating the windshield wipers and any other electrical instruments attached. From the moment I walked in the door, Steve ordered the windshield and took care of my insurance coverage without any questions or extra time. I walked into their business, out of the blue on a Tuesday, and by Friday I was driving away with a new windshield, clean windows all the way around my car, and vacuumed floorboards. They even remembered to attach my reoccurring car wash sticker and my next oil change reminder. BRAVO Branden and Steve!

I found a chip in my windshield when I was washing my car yesterday. I called around and spoke to someone here at the Glass Doctor Who was so helpful! She advised that I wait 24 hours before coming in to get it fixed, to allow for all of the moisture to dry out of my chip. Fast forward to today, I went in, no appointment needed, and met with Anne-Marie who helped me with my insurance claim. Then Steven took my car and fixed the crack in my windshield. He did a great job, it was done quickly and my glass looks like it never had a chip in it! I will always take all of my window business here to Steven and Anne-Marie at the glass doctor. You should too!

Awesome place and excellent work! They only took a few hrs with my car and when I picked it up I was driving home and I heard a noise and I called them and they told me to come in and they will look at it! That’s exactly what they did the tech came out and talked to us and he brought out the manager too! They were both so nice and helpful! It was an easy fix and this fixed it right there! They offered to get it replaced if need be but it didn’t need that! We had a front windshield replaced on our 2015 Lexus GX due to a large crack that could not be filled. The technician drove to our house in Nampa with a scheduled appointment. He had excellent customer service and finished the windshield on site in less than 1 hour. A week or so later the weather strip on the driver side pillar, attached to the windshield, came a little lose, so we contacted GD. They had us come to their shop in Meridian and they replaced a clip in 30 minutes. No charge. We really appreciate the service and warranty aspect of GD. We will definitely recommend them to friends! Great experience working with everyone at glass doctor, a little delay on the windshield due to the available glass not being up to standard, but the communication was clear and concise. Very apologetic about the delay. The install was completed in my driveway by Brandon. Brandon is the best! He’s great at his job, super efficient and friendly. He even replaced all my stickers, inside & out. I hope y’all hold on to him because he’s out here making your brand look AWESOME! 10/10 this place rocks, and they’ll take care of those rock chips that are driving you crazy.
