My mom took a car she just bought here this morning to have the windshield replaced. A know on the inside was broken while in their care. My mom had just deep cleaned and detailed the car before taking it there. She literally used the button that was later broken on the way to dropping the car off. She immediately noticed the damage and called them just to be ignored and given the run around. They claimed nobody was inside the vehicle, but someone had to drive it from where it was parked to the back and then back up to the front. The man who drove it had a tool in his hand when he got into the vehicle so maybe he accidentally hit it. Regardless, not only are they not taking responsibility, but they're being sarcastic and calling my mom a liar. They responded "I'm sorry the car was damaged before you brought it here..." That's absolutely untrue. Even the person she bought the car from confirmed there was no damage and it was just bought a few days ago. We are 100% prepared to take this to small claims court and making a complaint through the BBB.

I took my Envoy to have the windshield replaced. When I picked it up, I noticed the top corner of the button that controls the fan for the heat/AC was broken. Ive called and left messages but noone except their answering service will call me back. I left a comment on their Facebook page and got a response that noone had been inside my vehicle and that it was damaged before it got there. That isnt true. My car had been moved twice so someone definitely was inside my car. I believe, after replacing the windshield, the technician had a tool in his hand and when placing the gearshift in park his tool hit my fan control button and busted it. This company wont talk to me, they wont try to resolve it and are practically calling me a liar. They should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.

I don’t recommend this company to no one. They will take advantage of you.I had a BMW and they put an aftermarket window in my car. Without my consent. After asking him to remove it, he wouldn’t . Talking about he needs to talk to his manager that’s never available. In addition , they didn’t get all the glass out my door. Told me that it will fall out. Causing my airbag light to come on. Wasn’t on before he began his work. Refuse to have it taken off. Refused to refund my money and take the window that was too big for my vehicle out. The window was scrubbing. Causing/forcing me to pay for the same service over to another company And the additional to have the airbag light taken off. Biggest mistake EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to take them to court.

I called them late on a Friday for a windshield for my Jeep. Other shops in the area couldn't get it and their prices were much higher. Auto Glass Specialists had it in stock and was able to get me in first thing Monday morning for a replacement. The price was great, and the service and staff were awesome as well. I went to these guys to have my windshield and back glass replaced in my 2018 F250. When I got the truck back I had the following issues: - knife marks along the pillars by the windshield. - damage to the headliner in four areas - the gasket on the outside of the windshield horribly done and uneven. - glass on the floorboard in the front seat - large pieces of rubber gasket in the front seat - glass on the back seats - paint damage between the cab and bed

Love them! I just had my window replaced by them this morning. They were on time and friendly. They replaced my rear driver side window (due to a break-in) in about 30 minutes. And they came to my job to do it without any additional fees. They started my work day off right. I was very impressed & pleased! I will highly recommend them to my coworkers, family and friends. called yesterday to talk about replacing my windshield. Amazing customer service over the phone when i spoke with Will. They came out next day (today) and replaced it while i was working. Angel and Will did a fast and amazing job. I would choose them over any other company. They drove from Columbus all the way to Hamilton GA with no extra fee. IF i could rate them 100 stars i would.
