Worse business ethics ever. Unprofessional to say the least. I called yesterday for a glass replacement Ahmond answered and said he required a deposit of 156.00 he said full payment was 215.00. Deposit was sent as per request so that as he stated can purchase the glass in advance. After payment he said he wasn't sure due to rainy weather if he'd be able to install next day. He called back 7:43am this morning to say he would be able to install today. He was expecting the glass about 11am and he'd be in the area at 2.pm. Deposit required was paid. He called again at 2:30p stating he needs a call back and location within the next 5 to 10 minutes or else he'll go elsewhere. I confirmed he would receive a call back My daughter called with 2 minutes. Ahnond then said he's not coming unless he received payment in full. I've paid more than 50% required. So I called back and said when he arrives the balance will be paid not installed, arrives. Ahmond then said his policy required the full payment. Which he FAILED to mention in any previous call. I was inclined to do business with him based on these reviews alone. I've NEVER had any mobile company demand full payment before service. He allegedly said he had another call but was listening to me talk to my brother saying it's always your kind, that will take advantage. I spoke the truth and his feelings were hurt. My full Deposit was refunded. Please stay away from anyone that change their policy within 24hr timeframe. Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of time. There's other "options". Do yourself a favor select lowest reviews and read thoroughly before doing business!!

They do have the best prices in town. But Ahmad whoever does the work has a really bad attitude and has smart mouth on him. I wouldn't recommend ASAP glass to anyone in the Columbus or surrounding area. For one I had to pay a deposit of 400$ before any work was done on my car and the day of my service the driver decided that he wanted to go take a "lunch break" when it was time to work on my car so I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins for him to be ready. After he fix 2 windows I still had to wait for a quarter window to come in. Then was told the job would have gotten done b4 the NewYear No problem. I had to call and remind him after the New Year about my car that's already paid in full. Then gets here today and have a really nasty attitude because I ask him to look at my speaker which he agreed STAY AWAY to last time I seen him and paid my remaining balance. because prior to him fixing my window my speaker sound was okk now its muffled and he doesn't care because he's already been paid. But that's how sneaky janky people get down because I promise if I was a man he would have fixed the muffled sound coming from my speaker because he is the one who messed it up. And I will scream and shout on every platform to 🗣🗣 STAY AWAY FROM ASAP GLASS!!!! They will charge you upfront then do a piss-poor job. If I could have gave no stars I would have. Beware of these people!

Over the Labor Day Weekend (2023) during a softball tournament, the rear window of my car was the victim of a foul ball, busting it at the top and ultimately shattering the entire window. A good friend of mine and local business owner recommended ASAP Auto Glass, so I called on Tuesday (Mon was a holiday), my call was returned early Wednesday morning, my window was ordered the same day and by 11am Thursday morning my rear window was fixed and new friendship established. Although I have insurance and had an appointment with a well known franchise, my window still wouldn’t have been fixed until the same day, but to have ASAP Auto Glass come to my residence was the win for me!! My wife has a good 13in crack in here windshield and ASAP will be back ASAP to fix her window as well! My truck window was smashed in last night so I looked online and was please to see that ASAP had over 500 reviews with an average of 4.8 stars, wow! I gave Ahman a call at 8am this morning and he quoted me a brand new window with same day installation for a FRACTION of the price of the big name brand that I checked first.. Not only did Ahman and Junior work around my schedule to accommodate an install later in the afternoon, but they were so friendly and respectful that I felt like I had made new friends. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and I was left satisfied with a brand new window the same day that it had been broken! I would recommend ASAP to anyone looking for window, sunroof, headliner, windshield, or any other auto glass work, because you will not be disappointed with their work. Thank you Ahman and Junior!!

Thank God he's an honest, decent, understanding, caring person and the young man who helps him, but most of all, I'm grateful to know that he knows Jesus. That gives him the type of heart he has, and they do a great job on my 2013 Jeep. He just put that one day in today for me a cracked, and it was like nothing ever happened to it. I would recommend him to anybody. I'll call him Mr. ASAP. He's a blessing, so you all need some work done putting your wonders in on your car truck, and I'm pretty sure he does other things. Contact Mr. ASAP, and he'll get the job done correctly and very accurately. It doesn't take him hours to do his job. That's what I like about it. I have used his services before and each time the service was awesome. The first time he did work for me it was on my truck a lawn service was cutting grass and a rock flew up and broke my back driver passenger window. Everyone I called was trying to get over on me and also said it would take days to fix,. ASAP auto glass came out and the glass was fixed in 24hrs; this time I needed a front windshield replaced. Sent him a pic and he said okay I gotcha. He even came and did the work at my house under my carpet in the rain. Great customer service and very professional and does awesome work. Very satisfied and will be my go to person for auto-glass work. Thanks ASAP auto glass.

Everything was perfect. The price was reasonable. Only a few dollars more than some other places but was well worth the few extra dollars considering they were mobile and was available the next day. They did exactly as they said. They called when my window came in. They called to say they were at the job before mine and would being calling me shortly. Sure enough they called when they were on the way, called when they arrived. They did a phenomenal job. My window looks great. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another glass replacement or repair. I will also refer them if anyone ever ask me if I know of a glass place.

I talked to Ahmond on Dec 20th a Friday and He was telling me that he was only able to replace the glass on Monday since he doesn’t work on Saturdays. However, Ahmond ended up pulling a few strings and promised that he could do it the next day, Saturday bright and early. I was really excited because I really needed my windshield replaced. Ahmond came out Saturday morning called me and confirmed that my windshield was in the shop. Both him and his partner came out replaced my windshield and I have been riding around Columbus, Ga with no issues. Thank you Thank you Thank you ASAP GLASS. I recommend 10/10

When I say quick and speedy, definitely the service was given. I called around to another place that was recommended, was told it would be $165, and would take 2-3 hours. I called ASAP Auto and was quoted a better price. They came to my house and had me fixed up with 15 minutes. If I need anything glass related replaced, I’m calling ASAP Auto Glass!!! 10/10. Highly recommend!!! Professional and great service!!!
