On June 3rd Mr. Rafael was contacted about replacing a windshield in our van. He was informed that the vehicle windshield needed to be replaced by June 6th. He assured us that he would be to our home on Wednesday to put the windshield in. Wednesday came and no Mr. Rafael, my husband reached out to him only for him to say the windshield won't be in until Wednesday evening. So he was suppose to come Thursday. No show. Finally he contacted my husband stating that he could do it at 6:30 a.m. on Friday morning, ok. He gets tonour home at 7:20ish only to tell me that his secretary ordered the wrong windshield, the part that threw me was he made that statement without any apologigetic in his tone. So he told my husband he'll have it Tuesday. We informed him that we would be our of town. But he finally put the windshield in on June 14th. I'm glad that everyone else had a better experience with his service, because his service was awful in my book.

I reached out to Mr. Lowe last week regarding a quote for replacement. He was very kind and responsive and told me to call him and schedule closer to the date I was available. I reached out as requested, and he was able to get me on his schedule for the day I needed - within 48 hours! He communicated wonderfully! He called me this morning (for our scheduled appointment) to confirm I was still available and let me know he was on the way. When he got here, he was very friendly, as was his assistant, Jordan. They were so quick but very meticulous not to damage the existing windshield further, and to prevent damage to my vehicle. When he finished, he made sure to let me know the dos and don'ts, so polite!! The price was very reasonable, and I would recommend this company to anyone!! Overall, I would say that you can't go wrong!

I called these guys on a Saturday morning because the rearview mirror had fallen off my Honda Odyssey but because of the backup camera attachment, this made the car undrivable, as the mirror was hanging there like some big heavy dangerous pendulum. After exchanging some pictures, they assured me they would be able to make it by same day. They arrived in the early afternoon, were very professional and competent. This had been repaired before but I felt like the guys from Lowe did a better job at fixing it, so hopefully this time will hold (day 3 -- so far, so good). The cost was absolutely affordable -- especially for a Saturday house call -- wow! They seemed really busy, but still got the job done in good time. Lowe Auto Glass are the absolute best at what they do. A couple of weeks ago, I requested a quote over the weekend and Lowe got back to me immediately on Monday to provide a price. I did a little more research and ultimately went with Lowe due to their mobility and pricing. From the moment I met them outside to getting the keys back from them, it took about 30 minutes to complete the windshield repair and the look is fantastic. Lowe provides great work and service, accessibility, and friendliness to make a stressful situation like a windshield replacement a total breeze. If you need your windshield replaced in Augusta, GA, then Lowe Auto Glass should be your first choice!

Good luck getting them to show up. If you want to waste your time, give them a call. I've made two appointments for a repair and they left me waiting both times without telling me otherwise. When I finally get them on the phone, they only give excuses on why they never showed up. I called them an hour after my last no show appointment only to be fed more excuses. They hung up on me when I questioned why they never told or talked to me about it. They don't respect a customers time nor even bother to tell them they are not coming.

Horrible communication and scheduling, and I'm pretty sure I was lied to at least once. He would never call me back and let me know what was going on; I always had to call him only to be given an excuse. They probably shouldn't offer mobile repair services if they can't be anywhere when they say they will. When they did finally show up, it was an hour and a half late. Service was extremely quick, only 30 minutes, but updating customers and keeping to a schedule needs an enormous amount of improvement.

Replacing the windshield initially was good but everything after that went down hill very fast. Getting them to follow up much less follow through with calling you back never happened. Now we are having to replace the lower seal ourselves to get this done.
