Mr. Bussey fixed my door window and the door ajar light in two days!😀We were in town for spring break visiting our parents and he took the time to work on my car and he was wonderful. The whole staff was professional and so nice they even bought us lunch on our last day due to a little wait time. I HIGHLY! Recommend any one to bring their cars to Mr. Bussey! Driving down 520 from. Charleston to Atlanta my driver’s side window popped and shattered. I was traveling with my children and not from the area, they were quick to help, found a replacement glass that evening and had it installed the next morning, letting us leave our car in their shop overnight so it didn’t get wet. They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Every other business we called told us that we would have to wait until the next week, they showed us compassion, understood our need and took care of us right away. After a very stressful situation with another company I called chips. From the moment I spoke with Nolan On the phone to see if they could come to my home to replace my windshield on my Palisade. Nolan helped me coordinate the changes with my Insurance company and since he was so helpful with such a wonderful and reassuring attitude. I also had a crack on the drivers side window of my Acura MDX repaired. When Tim and Mike showed up at my house The workmanship, the reassurance of their knowledge and the wonderful attitudes of both Tim and Mike were above and beyond my expectations. I am impressed with both the windshield and the window.

I reached out to Mr. Lowe last week regarding a quote for replacement. He was very kind and responsive and told me to call him and schedule closer to the date I was available. I reached out as requested, and he was able to get me on his schedule for the day I needed - within 48 hours! He communicated wonderfully! He called me this morning (for our scheduled appointment) to confirm I was still available and let me know he was on the way. When he got here, he was very friendly, as was his assistant, Jordan. They were so quick but very meticulous not to damage the existing windshield further, and to prevent damage to my vehicle. When he finished, he made sure to let me know the dos and don'ts, so polite!! The price was very reasonable, and I would recommend this company to anyone!! Overall, I would say that you can't go wrong!

Easy process from start to finish. This was my first time having damage to my windshield. I made a claim with my insurance company and luckily Safelite was on their vendor list. I read the great reviews and made the call. Within a day, a service rep made contact via phone and set it up. The technician Ben responded early in the projected window and was very Professional and Friendly. His van was marked and clean. He was dressed in a professional uniform and was very friendly. Ben quickly got to work after protecting the area with soft cloths. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He finished up the repair quickly and neatly. I was impressed with the entire process. I hope I never have a damaged windshield in the future but I will contact this Safelite location if I do. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Athens, Georgia area.
