They damaged several parts of my car, Including: staining the interior passenger side roof, passenger sun visor, interior passenger a panel, paint damage scratch, cracked my screen, adhesive on my paint, missing plastic cover for my front trunk, and a poorly installed windshield. They installed a windshield on my car two times. The first time they cracked my Tesla screen and didn’t even tell me I Had to figure out. They wrote me a check for $809.25 for the $1545.05 worth of damage to my screen, because I told them just write me a check for the difference being I have to spend $735.80 with them anyway for my windshield replacement. And when I got the 2nd installation that’s when all the other damages was caused and the windshield was so much worse. They are refusing to refund me, and they are saying they will replace it again for free. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car I just can’t let them touch it again it’s to much of a risk.

Driving down 520 from. Charleston to Atlanta my driver’s side window popped and shattered. I was traveling with my children and not from the area, they were quick to help, found a replacement glass that evening and had it installed the next morning, letting us leave our car in their shop overnight so it didn’t get wet. They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Every other business we called told us that we would have to wait until the next week, they showed us compassion, understood our need and took care of us right away. Outstanding service by Joyce, Gerald and the team. I could have saved $100 with a 10% discount from Safelite but I chose to use Charlie Williams Auto Glass because of the excellent customer service I received during the 'decision making process.' Gerald knows his profession well and I will recommend anyone who needs any window repair or replacement work done to go here. Something happened to the rear most driver side window of our JX35 (QX60). After getting the runaround from the Infiniti Dealer Service Department for three days, Charlie and his team had the window done overnight. I can't imagine they had this unique window on hand, but it looks like a factory replacement and at a perfectly reasonable cost. All along the way, Charlie was very responsive to phone calls and a general pleasure to talk to. We have only had the car back for a couple days and can't speak to the longevity of the replacement, but rest assured if it doesn't hold up, I will update the review.

I went in person 5 days ago to get a price to replace my front windshield . They lady at the front desk took my phone number down and said she would call me in 30 minutes with a price . She called 3 hours later to ask more information and said she would callback shortly with a price . Never received a call back. It’s unfortunate because I really prefer to support small local businesses . Maybe they are too busy or just not very organized 🤷‍♂️. I will need to go elsewhere . I will not give a 1 star because I did not purchase anything from them but hope this improves their service .

2 weeks ago I had a seal replaced on the back window of my f150 truck. Whole cleaning my truck today I noticed the side panel was loose, so I let the seat down and 2 of the 5 push pins were missing from the back panel and the other side panel was not secure either..I could not find or locate the missing pins that were originally there prior to having seal replaced..they should have made sure everything was replaced properly and secure..probably will not use them again.

Had a growing crack on my windshield. Called a bigger-name vendor and they were going to charge $1200 (with $500 charge for me for insurance deductible). Charlie got me in first thing in the morning and had the job done in around 40 minutes. The price? I didn't pay my whole deductible! On our drive from Houston to NC for a beach week & picked up a windshield chip. Called several places and were told they couldn’t do it until late Saturday. When I explained to Jerry that we’d like to get on the road ASAP, he said no problem. Come in at 8am and we’ll get you fixed up. Jerry & his crew did just that and saved the day!!

Absolutely the best! These guys not only know what they’re doing to give superior service but do it at a great price with nice attitudes. We’ve had to use their service a couple of times for broken windows in our van and camper, and I can’t say how much I appreciate their help. I’d feel lost when a window breaks without them!
