Bussey Auto Glass

This place is horrible!!! I needed to get my windshield replaced. They where $40 more than another place, but they could see me on a Saturday and the other place couldn't until Monday. Plus this place had positive reviews. I was quoted for a 1 hour job. I called the day before on Friday and asked if I could make an appointment for 8:30 the following Saturday. I got there and they where late getting in. As soon as I got there I asked if my windshield had come in and if there where good to go. They told me yes. Well 1 hour later I noticed they finally took my old windshield off. But I knew something was horribly wrong. ! hour and a half in and the windshield was off and they where just standing around. Well 2 hours in a truck pulls in and they take my windshield out of it. So they LIED to me and they did not have it yet!!! So then it took them an additional hour to get it on. Of course there was some standing around during that time, no one was in any kind of hurry. So it took a total of 3 hours for a quoted 1 hour job and nobody cared. To top it off their restroom was broken! I had made plans for 10:30 which where totally ruined. I thought for sure giving 2 hours buffer time for a 1 hour job at a positively reviewed shop would be fine.

Went to a guy name Damien to replace my engine. He quoted me 700 for the job and would be done in 3 days. This man has had my car for 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my card and doesn’t contact me until it’s the time he told me to pick up the vehicle. He keeps changing days and times here it is week 3 and he still it’s done. I do not recommend this place or peopleNegativePunctuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesService not listed

Mr. Bussey fixed my door window and the door ajar light in two days!😀We were in town for spring break visiting our parents and he took the time to work on my car and he was wonderful. The whole staff was professional and so nice they even bought us lunch on our last day due to a little wait time. I HIGHLY! Recommend any one to bring their cars to Mr. Bussey! He really cares about his customers and so does his staff!🤗👀👏👍

I don't think I will use this business ever again. I have an old car. They can't seem to find an exterior door handle. It's been over 2 weeks now and I found it online that day I brought the car in. I think they did work I didn't authorize. They took something out of the door, left it on my floor, and broke my door cover. I am not a happy man right now. I have ordered the handle and may try to install it myself. 🤨🤨🤨

I walked in the store because I notice many people were there without a mask. The lady behind the counter would not assist me until I walked back out the store to get a mask. Once I returned with my mask I watched the same young lady assist others without their masks. There were other unprofessional things that took place in the store but too much to type.

I was going to use this place but the telephone experience was good enough for me. If Ashley is the supervisor like she says and noone is available to discuss my needs over the phone why waste my time making a trip there. Rude is rude. Over the phone or not. I refuse to spend my 💰 there. …

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Horrible customer service from a supposed man of God. Throws insults and race into situations that have nothing to do with business. Fix the issue and move on, instead he turns to insulting the customer. Poor business practice. Do not use

The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is because all i seen was standing around with alot of nothing being done if you come here clear your schedule for the whole day they really don't about working in a timely manner and it's a very unprofessional atmosphere

I am so very thankful for the quality of expertism they have both in service and customer care. My sunroof would not close and they got it properly diagnosed and closed. I didnt mind the wait because good workmanship is hard to find. Thank you Bussey Glass

Caught a rock in the windshield of a Peterbilt. Called and they had both windshields in the next day and got the truck right in so it could get back to work. Best of all was they had the best price in the area for doing a 2 piece windshield in a big truck!!
