Orange Blossom Auto Glass

Do not work with Orange Blossom Auto Glass. I gave them my insurance company's information and said they would be filing a claim with my insurance company but never did. Instead they served a lawsuit with ridiculous rates. Rates that they do not show you in an invoice in advance. They preselect "opt out" in the paperwork they have you sign prior to working on the glass, and state that they paperwork is just to collect on the claim they filed when in reality it is to give them the right to sue your insurance company. In addition, there was a lot of back and forth trying to get my glass. They claimed that the initial glass they ordered came in broken, but failed to notify me of it. I had to call them to find out that they ordered a new one and that my service would take an additional week. When they came to fix my glass, their tech, Joseph, left a tool inside my hood. I did not realize they did this until hours later after I have already driven in the car, and Joseph called to ask if he could come back for his tool. I don't have words of how great this company is! Firstly, the call. Bibi was so helpful walking me through the process. She was very patient (my first time as a European in US replacing the windshield) and caring. She even reached out to me to check on me while I was waiting for the claim to proceed. YAY BIBI, YOU'RE AWESOME! Secondly, the service. Super on point, timely and professional. Technician (I am so sorry, I do not remember the name) explained me everything, how much time it will take, that safety camera will be calibrated and even asked which stickers do I want to save. HIGHY RECOMMEND! After having a very bad experience with car repair in Orlando when I was rear ended, I was very anxious about this one, but not needed to! Called mid afternoon on a Thursday (spoke to a VERY polite and EXTREMELY professional woman) and provided her the necessary information. She was asked if my vehicle was available on Friday so they could replace the rear window glass! (The very next day!?! WHAT?That's unheard of nowadays!) We scheduled for Saturday and stated the technician would be calling me. As promised, John called me and provided a window of when he'd be at my home to perform the work. Showed up on time and also conducted himself like a true professional as he walked me through the process. Old glass removed and vacuumed out of my truck, new glass installed, paid the man, and he was gone! A GREAT experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing vehicle glass replacement. Job well done! 5 Stars all day long.

Their ratings are so much higher than every other company. This is not a mistake. You can see why in every interaction with them. It is so refreshing to see what I consider an old fashioned level of excellent service. Especially in an industry involving your car. I was not their easiest customer to deal with on a few levels and logistically. Never once did they show it to me. Maribel was the person I dealt with the most. She instilled trust from the beginning. John was excellent. They are very transparent and do their best. If you need your windshield replaced, I could not recommend this business any more strongly. Definitely my best experience this year, and completely unexpected. My windshield is as if nothing ever happened to it.

I got home from work around 4:35pn and found my car with a Beautiful new Windshield. The technician assigned to my car did an outstanding job. Even installed one of my wiper nuts to hold the windshield wiper. Very impressed, fast and clean. I will definitely log this contact and keep it and spread the word about my great experience, painless, very informative, respectful from my very first call from Mark the spoke with Nicole which was beyond helpful and right to the point. After being told by Safelite, that I would have to pay above what my insurance would cover for OEM spec glass, I shopped around and chose Orange Blossom Auto Glass, the receptionist was extremely helpful, contacted my insurance and made sure we had OEM Spec glass installed without having to pay more. They installer showed up on time, was extremely cordial and did a quick and excellent job, even cleaned the inside of the vehicle after installation. I have no complaints at all! Best decision I have made. The tech was 20mins early for my appointment range and he also saved my sunpass and epass stickers! This was so painless compared to the process of dealing with my insurance claims department. I called Orange Blossom and the next day I had a new windshield in comfort of my home/garage. My tech offered to answer any questions before and after the installation. From my own experience I recommend this company ( Winter Park location ) highly. This is my go to business for any future projects or windshield installations.

They have WONDERFUL customer service which is hard to find! They did not have openings for the same day but made space for my glass to be replaced anyway. They were communicative about every step of the process and even the ETA. The women who answered the phone were friendly and helpful. They reviewed my insurance with me to make sure I qualified. I did not so they were able to lower the price of the front windshield so I could save some money. The technician was very friendly as well and did a great job. I would reuse them if need be and would reccommend them to others.

I contacted Orange Blossom to repair a crack in my windshield. The entire process was so easy and effective. I emailed for a quote, was contacted immediately, verified the repair, and had a tech out in a couple days. Elijah, the tech, was super nice. Came out ahead of scheduled, did the repair, cleaned my windows, and provided great service. He explained the whole process, answered all my questions, was professional, and very respectful to me, and my vehicle. The technician that came to do the windshield replacement was very prompt on the schedule time he even gave me a call as I requested as the location I was going to have the work done is not easily found. When he got there he was very professional and took the time to explain everything I needed to know on what he would be doing and what I needed to know about what not to do for the first few days after he got done.
