Saved my weekend and maybe even my month. I unfortunately broke a window in my work vehicle two days ago and was facing a busy fully booked next couple days of which I was going to need the vehicle and the appearance to be all in working order and copacetic. They were super fast in their response timing to my calls and questions, They were super flexible in location of repair and without even me asking for a price break or anything they simply flat out crushed the quote of all the other companies I called. The best part is that they were able to fix my window a day early and saved me a weekend full of having to work around and deal with my need for repair. Unprofessional. He came out to give me an estimate on my auto glass, after rescheduling my appointment twice. He never once called to tell me he wasn’t coming, I had to call him at 5pm after waiting all afternoon for him to show up. When he finally did show, he was confident that he would get the part in and installed in about a week. That was over two months ago. Since the day of the estimate he has ghosted me, refused to pick up my phone calls, and denied my calls. When I call him from a number that he doesn’t have saved for me, he picks up and assures me that he will be able to finish the project within the week. I’ve asked him multiple times “hey, if you can’t do the job, just tell me.” And every time he says no, he’s still working on it. He’s unprofessional, and on top of that it’s just strange and immature to not be direct with customers. I originally contacted Safelite to replace my windshield...we waited at our house for 5 hours and they didn't even show up. I then contacted Tallahassee Auto Glass and they responded immediately to me. I was scheduled for a replacement at my house within 2 business days. They stayed in touch before my appointment and showed up exactly on time!...I mean to the minute! It was seemless. Never going with anyone else for glass service. I highly recommend them over the big chain brand. They ordered a windshield for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had it on hand the next day. Perfect installation. Only took 45 minutes. Nice people. Ronnie was absolutely wonderful to work with. When I originally called him about a crack in my windshield, he walked me through the entire process for getting the approval from my insurance company (he even gave me the direct number to the glass repairs line for my insurance company!) The approval came in within an hour or two, and he came to my house the very next day to replace my windshield. I can’t believe how quickly he worked — the entire windshield was replaced within 30-45 minutes, and he even managed to save my SunPass off of my old windshield. I would absolutely recommend Tallahassee Auto Glass to all of my friends and family.

Called to have a windshield replaced in one truck and rear window resealed in another. Came out the next day and for the service. While replacing windshield my wife had to get kids from school, so she paid him cash and left. He finished the windshield and called to say he didn’t have time for the rear reseal and would return the following Monday. That was Dec 2 and still has yet to return. EXCELLENT service, QUALITY work! I called Ronnie for windshield repair on my Genesis. He took extra strides to make sure the replacement was exact. He and his assistant had the replacement done the next day at my place of business. What a convenience! He even gave a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Unfortunately, this is my 2nd time needing Ronnie's services. However, I was very glad to be a repeat customer. He is friendly, professional and does excellent work. Excellent Service! I highly recommend Tallahassee Auto Glass. They are respectful but friendly, will drive to your place, prompt, and most importantly, reasonably priced. Ronnie worked hard to to fit me in with my unyielding schedule to have my window replaced. Ronnie and colleague drove to my apartment complex, cleaned out the broken glass from the car, installed the window and I paid the quote that was given on the phone which was quite reasonable, less than Safelite Glass. I couldn't ask for better service.

My insurer referred me to Safelite but they wanted me to drive to their shop 15 miles away and leave the car overnight. Major inconvenience to put it mildly. I asked for another referral and wound up doing business with Tallahasee Auto Glass and was very satisfied. Ronnie kept me current re arrival time; the job was done in less than 90 minutes (as promised) in my driveway. Good as new. Ronnie helped get a new windshield in my 1982 ford f100. Had a small amount of water getting into the cab and had pinpointed it to the original windshield and butyl tape. Ronnie was open with communication and knowledgeable about the issue. He showed up a few days later at my house and installed and sealed in a new windshield in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Would recommend Tallahassee Auto Glass to anyone in need of a windshield replacement. Thanks guys
