While picking up my grandkids from school, I started to roll the back window down on my car and heard "clunk" when the window went straight down. Aggravated I couldn't get the window to roll back up, I called All Around Auto Glass and spoke to Tom Cremer. Tom told me it sounded like the regulator broke and then met me at my house that same evening and confirmed his diagnosis. He ordered the part for my car and installed it the same day the part arrived. I recommend All Around Auto Glass for prompt, courteous, and expert installation of all auto glass and/or the parts that make them open and close. Thanks again, Tom.

Highly recommend!!! I needed my son’s 2000 Nissan Xterra windshield replaced and initially used Safelite Auto . I had 3 different technicians come out to our location and each time was a fail. The first technician could not get the screw out of windshield. Second technician on a different date attempted to start taking windshield out and ripped the molding. He stated he could not go any further because of possible rust . Vehicle is in prestine condition with no visible rust. The third technician came out ( hoping 3rd time was the charm) , but no he had the wrong size windshield! I contacted my insurance ( usaa) and stated I had to have another company. Auto Glass Now was on the preferred list and with one call I was scheduled next business day . Job was completed with no issues! Service was exceptional. Technician was knowledgeable and very professional. The front desk representative was very friendly and I highly recommend this company!

Antwan did everything and above to make sure the job was done correctly. From the moment I called him he gave me his word; calling back with a quote after 5pm . He gave me the pros and cons of going with insurance and paying out-of-pocket. He was willing to meet me at my work location to complete the job . He found out that my windshield was previously replaced so the past dealer shit that I bought the car from lied about nothing being replaced on my car, but that’s a different story. But the replacement wasn’t even done correctly. He stopped and explained to how it was done incorrectly, and what he would have to do to fix it properly he ended up having to remove a little bit more things out of the way to properly do the replacement, even removing the rust around the area of the windshield for it to properly bond in the spacing for the windshield. He reminded me several the lifetime guarantee of his work, and if there was any issue down the line to notify him as soon as possible, and it would get addressed the immediately. 10 out of 10; would definitely recommend

I had no idea who to contact this week when the windshield on my wife's car was cracked. I read the reviews of a few companies and decided to go with a local service provider in Tallahassee. I called Seminole and spoke with Sarah on Monday. I gave her the insurance information and had a choice of days to get the work completed. I chose today. Sarah called on Wednesday to confirm I was still available, and asked for detailed information about the existing glass to be sure the right replacement was ordered. Larry arrived promptly this morning and the work was done in an hour. Since he has been doing this professional work for 23 years, I knew I was in good hands. The finished result was perfect. I don't want to go through another cracked windshield routine again, but if I do, I can say unequivocally that I will call this business. It is absolutely first rate.
