Antwan did everything and above to make sure the job was done correctly. From the moment I called him he gave me his word; calling back with a quote after 5pm . He gave me the pros and cons of going with insurance and paying out-of-pocket. He was willing to meet me at my work location to complete the job . He found out that my windshield was previously replaced so the past dealer shit that I bought the car from lied about nothing being replaced on my car, but that’s a different story. But the replacement wasn’t even done correctly. He stopped and explained to how it was done incorrectly, and what he would have to do to fix it properly he ended up having to remove a little bit more things out of the way to properly do the replacement, even removing the rust around the area of the windshield for it to properly bond in the spacing for the windshield. He reminded me several the lifetime guarantee of his work, and if there was any issue down the line to notify him as soon as possible, and it would get addressed the immediately. 10 out of 10; would definitely recommend

My experience with Antwon was an experience that we just don't see that much when it comes to customer service today. From the very beginning of our conversation, I knew that he wasn't someone who was out to just make a dollar. He assessed my problem, he told me the most efficient and cost effective way to solve the problem, and his charge was very, very reasonable. After assessing my power window issue and realizing that I didnt need to replace the motor or the regulator,and it was just master switch problem. Antwon reassemble everything at no charge . This guy is the real deal when it comes to professionalism, and for caring for his customers. I will definitely use him again, as well as refer all of my freinds.

I used Experienced Automotive Glass to repair a broken window to my truck after it was vandalized. Mr. Early provided me an estimate and told me he could provide same day service. He gave me some vital information about claims and it allowed me to make an educated decision. One of my birthday wishes was to have my glass on my truck fixed. It been shattered since a week before Thanksgiving. Insurance company was taking their time and Safelite claimed they couldn’t find the glass. If you need your windshield replaced, don’t waste your time with Safelite—call Antwan instead! He has 20+ years of experience and treated my old car with the care it deserved. His expertise showed from start to finish. In contrast, my experience with Safelite was frustrating. The technician who came out claimed he couldn’t remove my wipers—first red flag. I’m a hard person to catch up with as I work 12 hour shifts and sleep on my off days. Expirenced Automotive Glass made life easy by showing up to my job and changing out my front windshield for me. The communication was great and he went out his way to not only call me but text me since my phone is also on Do Not Disturb. I appreciate his professionalism and his diligence because again I’m a hard person to keep up with but he got things done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 I reccomend!

Antwan was a prayer answered! My daughter’s car was vandalized 2 days after move in and in the middle of sorority rush. He was very quick to respond, his price was fair and even though we could not get the window for 2 days, he came out and vacuumed the car and taped the window so she could use it until he could repair it.
