Jolie is truly a gem! From the very first phone call to schedule my vehicle for service, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process with such clarity and patience. Even when Geico hadn’t completed the necessary paperwork, Jolie went above and beyond—providing me with the direct number to call for a quick fix and even verifying the claim before I had a chance to follow up myself. Despite my delay in scheduling due to work, Jolie remembered exactly who I was and made sure I had an appointment ready for the very next day. Her proactive approach turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into a completely smooth and worry-free one. The biggest surprise came when she and Malik made sure my vehicle was not only ready on time—but finished even earlier—so I could make it to class after work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for windshield repair & recalibration. I just had my 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy worked on recently & Jerry was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. I unfortunately was working with another local Company that ended up being very untrustworthy and unprofessional, and was grateful my insurance allowed me to change vendors and came across Auto Glass Now. They have made this experience so much easier and stress free! Not to mention they were able to get me in within the same week! I have a lot of safety features that rely on cameras and sensors, and everything was recalibrated perfectly!!! I greatly appreciate the honesty, good communication and thorough completed job. We’ll be back in the future for sure!

Joelyn (sorry if I missed spelled it) She was such a great person. From getting my appointment set to coming into the office bright and early in the morning and getting my service done. The service was at the estimated time it would take, and my windshield has been great since I went in last Monday from today. I had to stay the whole time it was being repaired that was about 1 to 2 hours only thing I would recommend if they would change the seating, getting a couch instead of the seats and some snacks. But that is optional of course, overall my service was great, I would come back but I don't want to of course because that would mean something cracked on my car and I don't want that. 9/10

Not being able to speak with a human at Safelite I came across Auto Glass Now. I got in within a few days. The installation went well. My insurance paid for the whole thing. They were a bit backed up so I left car and a few hours later it was ready. The seal around the bottom of the driver's side was sticking up a little when I got car home. I returned with car and they stopped what they were doing and released the cord. I would imagine this service was the same if not better than Safelite. I would recommend this company for this service.

Seriously excellent service. Easy to get a quote, quick response to schedule the service, final price was pretty much exactly the initial quote. Very good price, it was the lowest quote I had gotten anywhere! Staff was all around very friendly and professional! The windshield replacement was quick and the quality of the replacement part is indistinguishable from the original. All in all I HIGHLY recommend them!! If I'm ever in need of auto glass services in the future they will be my #1 go to :)

My insurance company sent me here and the process honestly could not have been smoother. They scheduled me at my earliest convenience and the receptionist checked me in for my appointment very quickly. I walked down to Canopy Road Cafe and had brunch while I waited and about the time I was finishing up, their office called me to let me know they were done. New windshield looks great; I have no complaints and would be happy to use this business again if needed!

I've (unfortunately) had to have 2 windshields replaced in the last year and both were done by AGN on Capitol Circle. The service on both occasions was exceptional. Their friendly receptionist helped with the insurance claim and found an appointment time that worked for me. Their waiting area is comfortable, has a restroom, and they offer water and coffee. On both occasions, the technician had my vehicle ready in about an hour. Keep up the good work AGN!

Had a small chip on my windshield. Called my insurance and got the appointment with AutoGlass the next day. Brought my truck in the morning and the repair was done in about 30 minutes. Very fast service. Thanks Gabe for doing a good job on the chip and also Jolie at the front desk for being very nice and courteous. They sent the claim directly to my insurance so I didn't have to upload any receipt afterward. Overall, 5/5 stars rating.

Had to get windshield replaced on 6/11/24. Scheduling was very easy and there was a quick response from the staff. Replacement and calibration was completed in less that 2 hours. I think the technicians name was Gabe. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs windshield replacement. Staff was very customer oriented. Love love love auto glass now . Estimated to take 1and a half to 2 hours was done in an hour Jolie was awesome she explained warranties and after care very well and David is a miraclel worker my scion xa looks amazing with a clear view....summer of travel here we come!!! If you need autoglass call them now!!!I saved over $200 on my replacement glass over all companies I called!!!
