Bay Area Auto Glass

I needed my windshield repaired, scheduled with Safelite, soonest they could come out was a five day turnaround. When I scheduled online, it said for most accurate match, enter your VIN, so I did. They sent the wrong glass, tech couldn’t install it, so he called the office and put them on speaker. Manager on their end said oh I guess we have to look it up by VIN. What?! He confirmed that’s how I scheduled it, tech was super nice, whoever orders is super lazy. They said they would order and let me know timeframe. Two days later, still didn’t hear back, so I had to call them. They said it would be five weeks for the glass. I immediately called Bay Area Auto Glass due to their five star reviews and was not disappointed. They had the glass in stock, and my windshield was replaced within 24 hours from the call. Anita, in the office, provided the absolute most stellar customer service I have received in a very long time, she’s up there with the best of them. Jordan, the manager, was extremely communicative as well, calling to make sure scheduling was staying tight as promised. My tech that came out was extremely well mannered, professional, and well educated in his trade. This five star rating star is well deserved and I thank the great team at Bay Area Auto Glass for managing expectations properly and putting the customer first. And thanks again most of all to the star of the show, Ms. Anita! She even called my insurance company to have the claim switched to them. Seamless and wonderful experience!!

Can't say enough good things. After 2 reschedules with the rude people at my local Safelite I had enough. I called BAAG and spoke with Anita who was very professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions and I felt confident in proceeding with the repair. I called my insurance company had had them change the referral over. Within the hour I received a call from James to schedule the replacement 2 days later 2 days! It had already been going on the 3rd week with Safelite. On Wednesday Bryon contacted my husband and let him know that he had picked up my OEM windshield at the dealership and would be there within the hour. He did a wonderful job and recalibrated all of my cameras and sensors right on site. I couldn't be more pleased. DO NOT HESITATE to schedule service with BAAG. I even referred my co-worker the same day to have his referral switched to BAAG after getting the runaround by another company. Thank you for excellent service!

Bryan showed up on time and was cordial and got right to work. Apparently my windshield had been replaced previously and was difficult to remove. Bryan had to work hard to remove it, but kept working until it came out. My insurance co had approved the work, but subsequently refused to cover the job. Jeremiah and Bryan went to bat for me and got the job covered. They then returned the money I paid them in a timely manner. They kept in touch with me throughout, keeping me apprised of the progress of my case. Bryan and Jeremiah were professional and treated me courteously every step of the way. My windshield ate a piece of gravel or something on the highway. Called in on Monday morning to set an appointment to get it fixed. Anita was very polite and helpful, made sure we both had all the details from my insurance to make sure we were on the same page and everything was great. Brian stopped by Thursday and fixed it up in a couple of hours. Very nice and professional people. Zero complaints. Would use them again in the future without hesitation.

I had the best pleasure today of working with Bay Area Auto Glass. The best windshield replacement facility in the Tampa Bay area. They took care of my brand new car and replaced my windshield with OEM glass. Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with from start to beginning and his installer Bryon was amazing as well. They are a concierge service that came to my residential dwelling and performed all of their duties to the highest degree. I really love my jeep Wagoneer, and they really took care of it when Safelite could not. I highly recommend this man auto glass shop for any of your Windshield problems.

Bay Area Auto Glass and Bryon did a great job replacing the windshield on my Tesla EV. I had to have it replaced one other time before and took it to Tesla. This time, I decided to go with Jeremiah and Bay Area Auto Glass and I was not disappointed. Bryon replaced and recalibrated my windshield and I have not had any issues at all with it. The process was convenient because they came to my house and did the work, whereas when I went to Tesla the first time I had a crack, it was much less convenient. I highly recommend Bay Area Auto Glass to replace the windshield on Teslas and any other vehicle.

They came to my house and replaced the windshield same day. Unfortunately once it rained i noticed some film on the glass that made it hard to drive. Within hours of me calling on it the installer came back to scrub the film. It’s one thing to be able to provide a product and service well. It’s another to be responsive to an issue and quickly remedy the problem. That’s very rare nowadays. I highly recommend these installers for both the speed of service and the speed and quality of customer service.

OMG, I called Jeremiah on a Friday morning. Within an hour, his guy was on the phone with my insurance company AND me, and my windshield was replaced on Saturday morning - the very next day - in less than 24 hours!!! I was amazed! Thank you Jeremiah Williams for the amazing service. And amazing is an understatement! (PS - My insurance company told me that I didn't have full glass coverage. Jeremiah lmk that I didn't have to pay for it, that it was free to replace my windshield in Florida.)

Woke up to find someone had attempted to break into my car and the only thing holding my window together was the tint. The earliest safelite could fix it would have been 3 weeks out. However, Bay Area Auto Glass made the repair quick and easy, they were able to come out the next day and repair it in under an hour. Their team is super helpful, friendly, and did such a great job. I would definitely recommend them if you need any windows replaced or repaired.
