I have an 84 Mercedes Classic 300D. Most glass companies I called scheduled the appointment but when they got there they would not touch it. After a referral, I reached Spikes Autoglass and I am very happy that I did. Spike (as I call him, not really his name) has been doing glass since 1973. Even more, he is third generation so its in his blood. He is an expert, pays attention to detail and a perfectionist. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the fact that he showed up precisely when he said he would. I would highly recommend him and especially if you have a vehicle that requires special attention. Absolute excellent experience overall. The customer service is A+ starting with Zachary at the front desk, awesome guy, very positive first impression, he is professional, personable, friendly, accommodating, he made me feel welcome and valued from the second I walked inside. It was really hot outside when I arrived, Zachary offered me an ice cold bottle of water right away which was really nice and unexpected (thanks you!) the guys at the shop who did the work on my car were equally awesome, had some nice small chat with them, when it was time to leave they gave me detailed instructions to what I could and couldn’t do so the windshield had time to set properly and avoid any problems, instructions which I will most definitely follow. Their work ethic was very professional and friendly, the total price for my full replacement was very competitive, their scheduling was prompt and efficient. I would most definitely recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs any type of auto glass service, I will use them again without thinking about it in the future (they do offer mobile service for a small fee, and will bring the shop to you) they offer a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own the car, that immediately gave me nice peace of mind knowing they stand behind their service and will make it right should the situation arise. Give them your business, you won’t regret it, they are excellent! On a personal note, thank you Zachary, and your crew very much for the exceptional service from start to finish, I really appreciate it, please don’t change a thing! This place is awesome and provides excellent customer service! Tim came to my job and replaced my windshield right in the parking garage. All I had to do was unlock my car and they took care of the rest, so it only took like 5 minutes of my time. When they finished, they locked my car and texted me to let me know. Tim was really communicative and on time, and my new windshield looks great! My main recommendation is to keep your phone on you the day of the appointment. Unfortunately, I had mine turned off and since they couldn’t confirm my appointment that day, we had to reschedule. (No big deal, though, they came and got the job done the very next day, and were very kind about it all.) I would definitely go to Bay Area Auto Glass for any future glass services. They really went above & beyond and had a great attitude.

I needed my windshield repaired, scheduled with Safelite, soonest they could come out was a five day turnaround. When I scheduled online, it said for most accurate match, enter your VIN, so I did. They sent the wrong glass, tech couldn’t install it, so he called the office and put them on speaker. Manager on their end said oh I guess we have to look it up by VIN. What?! He confirmed that’s how I scheduled it, tech was super nice, whoever orders is super lazy. They said they would order and let me know timeframe. Two days later, still didn’t hear back, so I had to call them. They said it would be five weeks for the glass. I immediately called Bay Area Auto Glass due to their five star reviews and was not disappointed. They had the glass in stock, and my windshield was replaced within 24 hours from the call. Anita, in the office, provided the absolute most stellar customer service I have received in a very long time, she’s up there with the best of them. Jordan, the manager, was extremely communicative as well, calling to make sure scheduling was staying tight as promised. My tech that came out was extremely well mannered, professional, and well educated in his trade. This five star rating star is well deserved and I thank the great team at Bay Area Auto Glass for managing expectations properly and putting the customer first. And thanks again most of all to the star of the show, Ms. Anita! She even called my insurance company to have the claim switched to them. Seamless and wonderful experience!!

Robert was amazing, he has done both our vehicles and we were extremely satisfied. He called when he was on his way and got to our house when he said he would. He took his time and did a precise and very clean install. Yesterday on my way to work I got hit by another rock and it chipped my new windshield. I called Robert immediately and he was here this morning and fixed it, he saved me from having to get another windshield. His work is awesome and is truly a great guy, We Love him!
