This place is awesome and provides excellent customer service! Tim came to my job and replaced my windshield right in the parking garage. All I had to do was unlock my car and they took care of the rest, so it only took like 5 minutes of my time. When they finished, they locked my car and texted me to let me know. Tim was really communicative and on time, and my new windshield looks great! My main recommendation is to keep your phone on you the day of the appointment. Unfortunately, I had mine turned off and since they couldn’t confirm my appointment that day, we had to reschedule. (No big deal, though, they came and got the job done the very next day, and were very kind about it all.) I would definitely go to Bay Area Auto Glass for any future glass services. They really went above & beyond and had a great attitude.

I work for All My Sons Moving and helped facilitate a move for one of the sweetest young ladies that’s employed by Bay Area Auto Glass! Upon a follow up call with Stephanie, she mentioned her line of work and coincidentally two weeks prior I had a tiny pebble hit my windshield while on I-75. After explaining my situation she went right to working on a solution. She obtained all the information needed and even worked late to do so. Her dedication is commendable and she has a very special way of articulating herself! After just two phone calls and a few messages she ordered what we needed and arranged the installation in less than two weeks. I am especially pleased with the installer Talon who came by today. Prior to his arrival, he made a courtesy call to inform me of his schedule for the day and also called after he retrieved the new windshield and let me know he was en route! He installed the windshield in an hours time and I am pleased with the results. I am so grateful for the people who like doing their jobs, are good at what they do, putting their hearts into it. From start to finish this company was top shelf. They were able to help me use my insurance coverage which made it super easy. I must say also that the responsiveness of Bay Area Auto Glass was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. My technician Bryon came right to my house and installed my windshield and it came out perfect !!! Being able to go to work today and not take a precious day off to be at my house for the job took a massive amount of pressure off of me and I really appreciated that! Did I mention that I didn’t even have to bring my vehicle to them!!!! Mobile service!!!! Just awesome. Stephanie handled my customer service experience, and Jeremiah walked me through the process, handled my inquiry and I couldn’t be happier! This local company is really out there earning their business in such a compassionate and professional manner that I couldn’t imagine not leaving a 5 star review! I had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Auto Glass, from Stephanie in Customer Service to my installer, Tyrone. My insurance company had recommended Safelite, which I initially had an appointment with. They failed to show because of an apparent miscommunication, but that was a blessing because after that time, I did some research on Safelite and saw all the horrible reviews. I also saw amazing reviews on Bay Area Auto Glass and contacted my insurance company to say I wanted to go with them. They contacted Bay Area Auto Glass, set it up with Stephanie, and the rest is history. Stephanie arranged a convenient time for the installation and kept in constant communication with me, as did Tyrone, the installer. He texted me with his ETA and arrived on time. Tyrone was not only very experienced in his craft and did an excellent job, but he was professional, courteous, had a great personality and incredible wit! He kept me laughing the whole time and should be a stand-up comic on the side! 3 weeks ago my car was broken into while I was up in north Georgia. My insurance uses Safelite so I just went with them at first. While in Georgia they said that this glass would take about a week or more to get in, so I scheduled it for down here in Florida thinking by the time I get back the window will come in and I will get it fixed. Yes, I drove from Georgia to Tampa Bay area with plastic and tape on my Window. Cut to two weeks later I still didn't have a window with no ETA in sight. I googled for another window installer and Bay Area Auto Glass came up. Called on a Saturday and Debbie answered! She was so helpful and sweet. I suggested where we might be able to get the window I needed, she did her own research and went the extra mile to order the OEM window I wanted. Two days later they had the window and scheduled for installation. The service techs came out and installed it within 30 mins. It looks great and works great! I was visiting a friend out of town for only a couple days and on way there I got a big rock hit my windshield and it immediately grew so I knew a repair wouldn’t work. Called my insurance company and they immediately sent me to safelight auto glass and they told me that it would cost me around $500 for the windshield bc it was factory (OEM?) glass and then I would need to take to dealership to get the sensors calibrated for up to $300 more charge. Luckily my friends husband worked for a car dealership and gave me these guys number. Immediately after calling a gentleman answered and explained to me that my insurance actually covers the entire amount ( some kind of Fl insurance perk I guess) Anyway the customer service was amazing! They were able to come to my friends house The same day! And also got it calibrated with a different guy the next day that was handled by Bay Area Glass. Very pleased with the whole process and I especially appreciate how Jeremiah explained why insurance was directing me to a business that was going to charge me unnecessarily. 💯 recommend!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Best company out of 5. I do a lot of driving, therefore I need to have windshields replaced frequently... Five windshields replaced in the last 5 years to be exact. I never used the same auto glass repair company twice, because none of the work stood out in my mind as being stellar. I always had some kind of issue with the repair (even if it was small and annoying), so I kept trying different companies. I found Bay Area Auto Glass to be the best out of the 5 that I "sampled". I found them to be polite, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and they communicated very well throughout the entire process. They genuinely cared to make sure I was happy and everything was working exactly as expected. I really could not have asked for a better experience. They are the first company that earned my trust for repeat business . Thank you!

This local company is the epitome of customer service. Seriously, they set the bar so high for customer/client service in my experience! I am so happy I called them to have my windshield replaced. Everything was taken care of on their side from the moment my call was picked up. THEY reached out to my insurance company. THEY informed AGIS so to come confirm my damaged windshield. THEY sent Mark out the very next day, and Mark was an absolute pro and so very personable. From start to finish THEY kept me posted on every detail of the process. Not once did I ever have to ask to be kept updated and THEY answered any and every question I could've thought of before I could ask. Listen, let me just tell you about the experience I just had getting my windshield replaced. Bay Area auto glass came to my place of work within an hour of me calling them and my windshield was replaced! That was the first time.. The second time I needed my windshield replaced because a dump truck pulled in front of me on the highway and a rock flew out and cracked my newly replaced windshield, I freaking knew who to call. And again I call them up as Im headed to the gym to get a chest pump in, they come to the gym and replace my freaking windshield before I was even got done with my workout! To say the least I highly recommend Bay Area auto glass if you need to get your windshield replaced professionally and in a timely fashion!

Jeremiah at Bay Area Auto Glass is AMAZING!! As a Service Tech in the Tampa Bay Area, I am constantly on the road and I go over the Howard Franklin / Gandy Bridges daily. Recently, a rock bounced up, cracking the windshield in my service van. In a panic, I reached out to Jeremiah, and within minutes, he was already working on the replacement process. Within a few days, My insurance company approved the windshield replacement. Jeremiah had his crew come out that same day and replace the windshield at one of our job sites!
