Absolute excellent experience overall. The customer service is A+ starting with Zachary at the front desk, awesome guy, very positive first impression, he is professional, personable, friendly, accommodating, he made me feel welcome and valued from the second I walked inside. It was really hot outside when I arrived, Zachary offered me an ice cold bottle of water right away which was really nice and unexpected (thanks you!) the guys at the shop who did the work on my car were equally awesome, had some nice small chat with them, when it was time to leave they gave me detailed instructions to what I could and couldn’t do so the windshield had time to set properly and avoid any problems, instructions which I will most definitely follow. Their work ethic was very professional and friendly, the total price for my full replacement was very competitive, their scheduling was prompt and efficient. I would most definitely recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs any type of auto glass service, I will use them again without thinking about it in the future (they do offer mobile service for a small fee, and will bring the shop to you) they offer a lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own the car, that immediately gave me nice peace of mind knowing they stand behind their service and will make it right should the situation arise. Give them your business, you won’t regret it, they are excellent! Kyle, the technician assigned to do the replacement, was great. He called about 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. I asked if there was anything I needed to do before his arrival, he let me know to back my car in and leave enough room on the drivers and passenger side if possible, which I did. Once Kyle arrived, he explained the process and gave an estimated time of about an hour or so, which was exactly within the timeframe it took to take care of the windshield replacement. I also opted to replace my windshield wipers, which were a very affordable price compared to other retail outlets. Before leaving and after paying for the windshield wipers, Kyle explained the dos and don’ts of windshield replacement and explained the warranty of the windshield was for the lifetime of me owning the vehicle, then kindly went on his way to the next job. Kyle was very efficient and pleasant. Additionally, everyone I encountered at Auto Glass was equally courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful. This was the second appointment, as the first/original appointment needed to be postponed due to an unforeseen parts availability. 10/10 would recommend.

Do NOT trust Auto Glass Now!! They replaced my windshield incorrectly, leaving it unsealed, and when it rained, water poured into my truck, causing extensive and serious damage. Instead of paying to fix what they ruined, they’re wanting to total my truck. They want me to sign over the title to them, and in return, they’re offering far less than what the truck is actually worth—less than what I still owe on it. This leaves me stuck with a financial loss, all because of their mistake. It’s been a nightmare trying to get this dishonest company to do the right thing. Also, be aware that their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website tell a very different story than what’s on Google. If you want the truth about how they treat their customers, check the BBB before trusting them with your vehicle.This is completely unacceptable and unfair. If you value your vehicle, you’ll take it somewhere else!

I had a damaged windshield. My truck particular year had changes in the model. Auto Glass guys cane out, and realized the problem. They had to wait to get the right glass. The ladies from their office kept in touch, letting me know how things were coming along. The day came, and they cane by my house, with the right windshield. They said it would take 45 min or so. I don't know but it seemed like 30 min. I come out to a new windshield. The 2 gentlemen explained and were professional about everything.. They took care of me throughout the whole process. Even when I called, a nice lady always answering and helpfull. I give them a 10 rating. To the first glass company who left me hanging, take strong notes from this company on how to deal with customers. Use this company for your next car glass issue.

This was by far the best price quote I got after searching around and also best service I have received for my windshield repair. Kyle and Mitch came to do it .Kyle called before showing up both very professional and efficient. The job was quick and my car looked like new, both of them were very knowledgeable about windows and gave me some tips that came in very handy for me and my current situation. Glad I chose this company. I'm always going to recommend this company and if I need services like this I will definitely come back. It's hard to find genuinely nice people who come and do some work like this . Keep those guys around.

Very satisfied from start to finish. Zach in the office was very friendly and thorough. I was never rushed and everything was explained to me. My windshield technician kept in touch with me about his arrival time to my house. He did a good job and got it done promptly. He was very professional and had a very pleasant attitude. I don't even want to give 1 star. State Farm sent me to this company at the beginning of November. Here it is, mid-January, and I had to find another company to replace my windshield because it still has not been replaced. The first few weeks, I was out of town, but since the middle of Decembe, they keep canceling and rescheduled several times. Last week, someone finally showed up but with the wrong part. They rescheduled for today by noon. And nobody showed up. No show, no call!! I'm done with this horrible company!!

We had an appointment scheduled for today to get my windshield replaced (they will only give 4-hour windows for service - so you have to rearrange your schedule to wait around for them). They called at 8:06 am and woke me up to tell me they would have to cancel the appointment and would like to reschedule for another day. My windshield got cracked from the hail we had during the Tornado in Largo. I contacted AGN through a friend who handles my rental insurance. AGN contacted my auto insurance and immediately got the ball rolling. The person who answered the phone initially told me they would not be able to get out for a couple of weeks but then she worked her magic and got me in the schedule for 4-5 days later. Kyle and Mitch showed up around 9:30am and had the entire windshield removed and replaced within about 35 minutes! It looks incredible / brand new. No mess or damage whatsoever. Would def use again if I ever need to.
