Omg!!! Traveling from out of state and I broke my truck’s back glass out🥲 Called this team and they were able to replace my back glass before I made my return trip home. Revea was my tech, she paid attention to everything detail and made sure I got the very best options and service available. Did I mention she was always wearing a smile!!!! There was no choice but to be happy about their service, price, and availability! Would highly recommend and hope I never need them again! The technicians were very polite and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I am very happy with my experience at the Panama City Safelite location and will highly recommend them! All of the staff from technicians to the office are very pleasant and helpful! The office tends to play 80’s music which brings back memories! They did some damage on the outter diameter of my windshield trying to remove the original windshield, and because I didn't notice the damages right away and report it right a way, they refused to pay for the damages they did. No one else could've done this specific type of damage to my windshield. It was an "05" Ford F150 King Ranch with the original windshield. Talk about no customer satisfaction. I mean, seriously.

The Panama City office was great in getting my car taken care of. Calling the 800 number and trying to schedule online was an absolute mess over the several days I tried. I went into the office in Panama and they got me fixed within minutes and gave me their direct office numbers so I wouldn't have to go through that with corporate again. Very personable and professional. Will continue to use this branch in the future.

The staff doesn’t want to help you nor truly inform you and will not go above the bare minimum to help a person out. Been waiting over a month in cold and rainy weather to get a driver’s side window replaced just for the appointment to keep getting pushed back over and over saying they’re out of glass. Tried to call and getting a real person on the phone is like pulling teeth.

Very fast, nice and helpful. I have a chip on my windshield. I made an appointment, for the same day and went in. They took a look at it and told me that they can't really do anything about it instead of just taking my money and doing something that's not going to work for me. Next time I have something that they would take care of, I'm going back.

Called to ask a question about services and AI wouldn't allow me to talk to a live person and eventually hung up on me. SMH Some VP at Safelight AutoGlass thought this particular AI model was the answer to a problem. It's just another problem. 👎 I went somewhere else.

Always fast and very helpful. I just bought a new car and was on a 7 hour drive home and a rock chipped my windshield. I called and they directed me to a place that could fix it that day. They even called me and got me in faster so I could get home.

I used the online set up which was very user-friendly. The next John came to my house and had me fixed up while I played switch 2 with the kids. Felt like the world we were promised as kids. Won a customer for life.

Communication with them is awful - virtually nonexistent. They will bomb you with all kinds of texts and emails in the appearance of communication, but you can't contact them. Frustrating as heck.
