Affordable Auto Glass

I have used them twice before, I worked with Ken. He installed a windshield in my Honda at work and the new one cracked going in. He took care of the replacement and was very nice to work with. I've been speaking with him about doing the rear window on my truck and called today to set up the appointment. Whoever answered the phone wouldn't let me speak with him and kept giving me the run around. So for that they lost my business and I'm going with another company. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Ken did give me a call back but was a little upset when I was talking about another company and was very short and ended the call.

I should have posted this when I used them last week. They are wonderful. Not only a locally owned company, but real people with real personalities. They made me feel so comfortable and made the process of getting my windshield replaced a quick and easy process. Since I live a bit out of town, they met me at the mall so that I didn't have to wait in their shop for an hour. The workers that showed up did an excellent job and knew what they were doing. The price was at least $70 cheaper than safelite, and unlike safelite, I spoke to someone local who knew Florida policy. Overall a very wonderful experience, I highly recommend them.

Ken did an excellent job replacing my windshield. He was a pleasure to work with and even made it easy on me by coming to my house to do the work. He takes pride in the work he does and even schooled me on the proper technique of installing a windshield along the way. It was a win-win - a new windshield and a time to gain knowledge. Highly recommended! First off I'm extremely happy I didn't go with safelight. I called Ken and he gave us a great estimate (way better than safelight) with an appointment in no time. When they arrived at the house they were professional and courteous. The job was finished quickly without problems. If ever there is a problem they will be the first ones to get my call. We called to get our trucks cracked windshield replaced. Ken answered the phone right away and scheduled us quickly. He came to our home on time, was very friendly and professional. Spoke to someone on the phone. We have used his services before at the company I work for. He basically told us we don't provide him with enough business and doesn't care to work with us because our drivers don't break enough windshields. I contacted Ken with Affordable auto glass about my broken windshield. They were able to replace my windshield and got the job done at my home a lot quicker than I expected. Not to mention he gave me the best price in town. They did a great job and really took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this business.
