due to late responses of companies I reached out a few more companies and an instant response from for abc auto glass if Jacksonville not only did Don arrange a meet asap! He Rushed right over did phenomenal job replacing the glass mind you not only a professional but as well as a absolute gentleman around the children and wife and exceeded and professionalism I would pay more to ensure u get don again out of the experience of him being extremely professional polite, and showing up in a very timely manner while doing professional work at a very reasonable price even with the difference of other quotes, he was still below what I imagined in terms of price I won’t say cheap services, but I will say this for sure very professional and non expensive mind you there’s 200k Miles in her There was damage To where the window sets out as well as rust, he was quickly able to not only repair put the window in and I’m very timely fashion quickly and very professional As this is no easy task thank you so much for looking out for us and getting a fair price on above and being on services here in Jackson I would rate 100 out of 100 if this did not limit to a 5 star rating system extremely satisfied, customer highly recommend and thank you again Don ! For someone who is not well versed in cars and mechanics, if anything happens to my vehicle, it can be very stressful. I wonder, “How in the world am I going to fix this?” followed up with “And how much is this going to cost me?” With a quick marketplace search, I landed on Don’s ABC AutoGlass of Jacksonville. I messaged him, and he in no time responded and said he could come out the following day, followed up with a very affordable and competitive quote. That next day, he was punctual and ready to throw down. What amazing work!!! Don was quick, friendly, and professional. I trusted him the second I met him, and that made me feel comfortable about the experience. In a little under an hour and a half, my car had a fresh windshield, and I am nothing but grateful. Don, you are awesome, and I recommend anyone who needs that ease of stress to go with ABC. You will not regret it. 🤙🏽

Update: A year later, and a flatbed truck gifted my driver’s side window a rock on our second car. Reached out to Don and he had a quote with a next day appointment set up in no time. Good communication, showed up when he said he would, and was done in an hour. Very happy with service, price, and quality of work. Original Review: In less than 24 hours from my first call, Don explained my options, quoted me a very fair price, picked up the parts, and had the door glass replaced. The trim and door panel all back in place without any issues. The glass came tinted and matched the other glass. No need for a separate trip to have tint applied. I’m very pleased with the turn around, quality of work, and cost. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice! Had one of my vent windows on my new car smashed up, called around looking for the best option, and I found it at ABC autoglass. Don was super attentive and kept up a great line of communication. Even more so, we anticipated waiting a week to get my window replaced but the stars aligned and Don managed to get the replacement window in a day or two, and was promptly at my home fixing my car up! To add a cherry on top he didn't take advantage of the situation and charge me out of house and home. The price was extremely fair and the workmanship was spot on! Definitely keeping Don and ABC Autoglass on top of my list for any future needs!

Don was absolutely incredible. He kept me very informed of when he would arrive. He was so kind and professional. He was very transparent and honest about what the issue was (showing me and provided pictures). He fixed my driver window. The clip had broken and the regulator was bent. He fixed and straightened the regulator back out and unfortunately with the clips being broken we had to replace the whole window, but his prices are incredibly fair. I appreciate how informative, convenient, and high quality his workmanship was. I highly recommend his services.

Don and ABC is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this local company enough. When I was in a pinch to get my car fixed as fast as possible—he was able to fix it within 24 hours. He is caring, prompt, and kept me updated every step of the way. He gave me many options for cost of repairs—but ultimately we had to go with the quickest option which was better than national companies. Don is absolutely the best and I will be recommending him to everyone I know moving forward. Thank you for helping me in a pinch!

Update: Don did a good job on my windshield, but he started trying to fix something else that wasn’t broken. My driver door creaked when opened, he called himself fixing it but created a huge dent and separation between the side panel and my driver door! I never asked him to even touch my car other than the windshield. I’m in the process of pursing legal about this issue he created and refuses to fix or compensate for. He did more damage than good!

Don was amazing. He sourced a window the the vehicle manufacturer had discontinued and got my daughter all buttoned up beautifully on a crunch schedule when his next least expensive competitor could not source for three days and then the other competitors where over 100.00 more. He is more than fairly priced and goes out of his way to do the best he can. I am beyond happy with his services. He pulled our job off flawlessly. Amazeballs!
