due to late responses of companies I reached out a few more companies and an instant response from for abc auto glass if Jacksonville not only did Don arrange a meet asap! He Rushed right over did phenomenal job replacing the glass mind you not only a professional but as well as a absolute gentleman around the children and wife and exceeded and professionalism I would pay more to ensure u get don again out of the experience of him being extremely professional polite, and showing up in a very timely manner while doing professional work at a very reasonable price even with the difference of other quotes, he was still below what I imagined in terms of price I won’t say cheap services, but I will say this for sure very professional and non expensive mind you there’s 200k Miles in her There was damage To where the window sets out as well as rust, he was quickly able to not only repair put the window in and I’m very timely fashion quickly and very professional As this is no easy task thank you so much for looking out for us and getting a fair price on above and being on services here in Jackson I would rate 100 out of 100 if this did not limit to a 5 star rating system extremely satisfied, customer highly recommend and thank you again Don ! You excel and hope people recommend you as much as possible as I will :) After and before pictures added

Called on thursday regarding a cracked windshield, They We're at my house on friday morning and windshield was replaced before noon. Very competitive price quote was much cheaper than three other places I called. Tech (Danny i believe) was very polite & professional. Great job would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to have windshield repair/replaced Thank you

Shout out to the technician Elvin at the Safelite in Orange Park!!! I had an appointment for 8-12AM and he got here at 7:24AM with pep in his step! Love to see the initiative, and the customer contact was just wonderful! He let me know when he was almost here and kept me informed the whole time! He came with a smile on his face and did good honest work! I have a 2017 Ford Escape and they had a windshield that fit my car perfectly! I appreciate the integrity of Mr. Elvin and he was very honest about the fact that my windshield molding could be further damaged in the process of replacing my windshield as my car was previously owned and they were pretty beat up before he ever touched them. They did chip a bit but he had already discussed and educated me prior to beginning his work so no issues there! Again, the initiative and integrity and overall honesty to inform clients of issues like that brings clients back for years ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-stars all the way!!!! The service was quick and Elvin made sure it was TIDY! Yes, there are a few spots where there is dirt on the fabric roofing on the inside as some others have mentioned, but I understand that just comes with the territory when technicians needing to manually get up under the hood where the dirty engine is housed to get the perfect alignment. I am so grateful for technicians! Anyways, for those who are concerned about a bit of dirt I am pretty positive that little bit of dirt can come out with some dawn dish soap or fabric cleaner😉! I had the pleasure of watching Elvin tidy up each of my windows like 7 times! Talk about 5-star service! Beautiful work, Elvin is surely an asset to the Safelite team! I would 1000% love to work with Mr. Elvin again if need be!!! I am so happy to be able to drive my car again!!!! Thank you Safelite!!!!!!!
