Tried the other company and they wanted more money from me when they showed up. Received an email from Stephanie - SUPER nice. Told her I needed to know the total cost as I was paying out of pocket for the replacement. Quoted a solid price including tax. Made the appointment and Eddie confirmed the out the door price. Did not meet Eddie or Stephanie but another owner was working the counter. As I Uber's away, they were pulling my car into the bay for repair. Received a call within the quoted time frame, all done, Uber's back and the total WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS QUOTED. Folks, businesses like this are rare. I have a 35 year old antique Toyota Pickup truck that needed a windshield. Other popular and well known local auto glass companies told me that they couldn't find a replacement for my vehicle but Bob's Auto Glass in Lake Worth did. Not only did Bob's Auto Glass find a perfect windsheild to replace my old cracked one, they came out to my home to install the new one saving me the hassle of going to their shop. The installers were conscientious and took their time with the installation to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff in the office from Ed, Connie, and others there went out of their way to make sure that I was a happy customer with text messages and/or phone calls after the work was completed. This company is very professional from the top down. A classy operation who I would recommend to anyone needing any kind of auto glass repairs.

Bob’s Auto Glass is the best! I was in need of replacing my driver door window. I called them and they were able to get me in same day. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing issue the after market window they had wouldn’t fit my door due to the clips not aligning correctly. So they offered to order a window from Toyota. I told them I had already called them and was told they had no glasses. Well, Bob’s Auto Glass called Toyota and was able to get me a glass for the next day!!!! My work schedule wouldn’t allow me to go in first thing in the morning and I get off at 5. So, Connie helped me out and allowed me to go in after 5pm to install my new glass. If you are looking for authenticity and honesty in automotive repair look no further. I was incredibly impressed with their thorough communication and creative problem solving from the whole team! One of my car windows was busted into and fittingly for this hell filled 2020 year... the rest of my windows motors all stopped functioning at the same time. Bobs began by giving me a quote that was unmatched by any safelight or auto glass repair company. They did a free diagnostic on the other windows and called me to confirm the actual cost once they could better evaluate the extend of the repair. They not only fixed my widow but problem solved all the windows at a fraction of the price. Give them your business because this is a business in the community that should remain!

I stopped by for a glass repair today at Bob's and the job was done right away since they had the parts. They could be a little more friendly when customer walks in to their office. Before she says hi she gave a look and said how can I help you. I felt like she didn't want to be there or something was bothering her. While I am waiting another customer walks in and the same thing. No one even responded to the poor guy's good morning. I understand you are on the phone when someone walks in but its very important to recognize people and make them feel important. Even listening to the gentleman on the phone with customers, he could be more gentle and soft. Also I felt the intention between employees. I hope it would be more welcoming to enter this place in the future.

Not on Friday, you said come Monday morning, we will change the window. We cleaned the broken windows in the car ourselves. We called on Monday morning. The answer given to us was "The boss gave you the wrong price, you said. You asked us for 250 USD. This was a disgrace. We repaired and replaced the glass at a much more affordable price at a glass workshop near you. I think you are an unreliable company. I'm sorry. I'm a real customer. We had our car built at Charlie's Auto Glass shop, safely and cheaply. You are talking in vain. Nobody is fake, you are fake.👎👎👎👎👎

So first a punk smashed my rear window. I called multi glass companies and saflite and the big companies wanted over 500.00. I call bob auto glass and qouted me 250 under what all the rest did. I arrived and right off the back i was met with respect and professionalism. All the employees are respectful and actually care about your property. Ever few min like 15 to 30 the lady who runs the office would come and fill me in on whats happening and steps that are being taken. Id recommend this company to everyone whom is looking to replace glass on thier vehicles. They also do rear view mirrors. Extremely affordable compared to the rest. This is a great auto place. Check them out before anyone and im sure youll be happy with the outcome

After my truck was vandalized I came across Bob’s Auto Glass through Google. Connie answered the phone and walked me through everything and assured me even if I didn’t use their business that I could still come by and have my window sealed with temporary professional grade plastic to protect from weather and anymore unwanted persons. Connie was friendly, transparent and did everything she could to support me through the process. The had my window replaced in 2 hours and I couldn’t be happier with the work. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in the service industry! I showed up with a broken window needing to be fixed that day, when the service departments everywhere else said they couldn't get the part or do the work. the staff at Bob's called every vendor they knew of until they found the part, they had it repaired before the time they told me to come get it and they were half the price of everyone else. The glass is perfect quality and they even took it upon themselves to vacuum the broken glass throughout my truck. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks guys!!!!

After Speaking with Connie The wife of the owner I must say that I am extremely satisfied and pleased with her response and immediate action to resolve the issue. Initially, I was disappointed in the customer service that I received following the pick up of my vehicle. However, Once I spoke to Connie, She immediately took care of and resolved the issue.
