I had a wonderful experience with this company. Luis Davila was very professional and made sure everything I expressed was addressed. He connected me to Tina who ensured I was up to date with progress and scheduled the job with me. Lastly Michael C was sent to do the job and he was very professional and completed the job in an efficient, timely manner. I am so pleased with this team and I am grateful they took the time to make sure everything was satisfied.

i was so stressed out over the weekend after someone smashed my driver side window i call a couple places no one could do it till Friday when i called city auto glass on Monday they said they could do it on Tuesday that was awesome the price was also way good lower that the other places i am very happy with the service and have already told my reginal manager we should get all our glass work there on all our vehiclesServicesAuto side window replacement

Mike Goyette (the TECH that came out) was also amazing. Mike was prompt, polite, professional and did a quick, clean and thorough job. Your cost for my window replacement was lower than anyone else and great quality. I had to pay out of pocket because my deductable was too high and the cost was lower than all the other companies, especially the ones that do the most advertising (i will not reveal those company names out of respect). This is a great company and you have an amazing crew (both internal office team and the techs). Excellent service 5 stars all around the board. After a terrible experience at safelite auto glass in Kissimmee on Osceola parkway I wouldn’t send my dead dog there much less get my glass fixed. I was so pleased and refreshed by my experience with city auto glass. Was very easy to setup an appointment they showed up promptly and replaced my windshield. I can’t remember the name of the guy who assisted me but he was friendly knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again for the great customer service.

Excellent prompt service. When I called, they were knowledgeable and very helpful. They ordered my replacement window that arrived the next day and then promptly installed it. The friendly installation tech was quite skilled and completed the job very quickly (even in this extreme Florida heat) along with cleaning up the broken glass. Did a good job on window replacement but evidently had lights on or something to drain battery severely. Did not use the car that day but next AM battery was so depleted that car would not start. Had to call AAA for jump startServicesAuto windshield replacement
