Awesome family business I really enjoyed working with them. They even came to my house! When, the pinch sensor was not working correctly on my F350 the owner came back out a few days later to swap out the window, but since the window motor had cooled down, it accepted the reprogramming and the pinch sensor was corrected. He was ready to go above and beyond to fix any issues I had. Even replacing the window for free! Very rare in today’s current economy. Thank you Windshields Direct of Jacksonville Florida.

Windshield looks good and was installed in a timely manner, but the two installers left behind several black marks on my tan interior, tons of debris on my dash and seats, a white substance on my dash, and they tossed the old seal from my previous windshield into the bushes at my house where they performed the service. Barely adequate work, will not be using again unfortunately.

Professional competent, and helpful! This is a family business and the people are so nice and easy to work with. I had a complication with my insurance company and I cannot believe how patient they were with helping me to resolve it. They even came back later and did an extra thing to help me with another problem and still would not let me pay!
