By far my favorite glass company! I had called and used their services several years back and was delighted to get $100 check for my old windshield! They not only called Progressive to file the claim, but came to me and were done within 45 minutes (huge thanks to Jessica and Bill). I recently had to have my windshield replaced in October and received the same great service, less than 2 months later, I was horrified to see another crack (I travel a lot for work)! Not only did they answer all my questions (yes, your ins company will cover more than 1 windshield per year & yes, it's against the law for them to raise your premium or costs because of a cracked windshield), they also came to my work to fix it (thank you Caleb!). The icing on the cake was that I still received a $100 check! Every employee I spoke to was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I can't express enough thanks and appreciation for them being such an amazing company! If you need your windshield replaced, don't hesitate, call Ameripro immediately!

There was some kind of confusion with my first appointment because of my insurance company. Jessica at the front desk was very sweet and apologetic about it. Made a new appointment for the next day and before I even made it home from there she had called me to let me know she had already spoke to my insurance company and got it figured out. The next day when I went in I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took almost exactly an hour. I can honestly say this was the very first time a place dealing with my vehicle was anywhere near correct with the time it would take. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job! If I ever need this kind of service again I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

I am so grateful that I came across Dave and his company. After having a semi kick up a rock or something that damaged my windshield I was searching for help. My insurance company wanted me to go to their place, but that required dropping off my car with no idea on when I would get it back. Stressed out I called and spoke to Dave. I had a tiny chip on my windshield, about the size of a dime, and a crack that started from another chip a couple of years back. It got bigger over time. I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander (Limited), and my insurance refused to cover replacing the windshield with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) glass, opting for aftermarket glass. They use Safelite for windshield repairs. I put the work on hold and told my insurance I’d explore other options before making a decision. I’m glad I did because I found First Coast Mobile Glass. Grif, the owner, was super professional and patient with me. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and asked him a lot of questions. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He tried to get an OEM glass, but unfortunately, the OEM glass for my SUV was out of stock nationwide. I contacted all the local Toyota dealers and Toyota’s official online parts website to see if there was any availability, and they all confirmed what Grif told me. The wait time to order the OEM glass was at least a couple of months. Since the OEM glass wasn’t available, Grif said he could get the best alternative glass for my SUV, which was a glass made by the same company that made the original windshield. Although it wasn’t OEM, at least it was made by the same company. I verified this by comparing the information stamped on the original and replacement windshields. Dan, the technician who replaced my windshield, was super knowledgeable and thorough. He took apart and put back all the parts around the windshield with ease, which was a testimony of his proficiency. He made sure the areas around the windshield were clean, both inside and outside the vehicle. When he was done, he gave me plenty of time to check everything out and made sure I was completely happy with his work. After the windshield was replaced, Grif performed a recalibration procedure of my Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). He provided me with a pre-scan and post-scan report for my records, which shows his commitment to ensure everything was done right. It's reassuring to find service providers who truly care about their customers and strive for excellence in their work. I had a stellar experience with First Coast Mobile Glass, despite the challenges with the OEM glass availability. If you are looking for an honest, experienced, knowledgeable, and reliable mobile windshield service provider, I highly recommend First Coast Mobile Glass.

(I'm late writing this review !) I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair. Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip. Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !

Came to my jobsite and replaced my destroyed windshield. Took only about an hour and a half, and by the time i was off work was able to drive a a away with brand new glass. Very professional, answered messages timely and thoroughly. Came when he said, charges what he quoted, and left my vehicle in better shape then when he showed up. Didnt realize until on my way home that he also cleaned my two front windows as well. And returned the couple things hanging on my rear view mirror as I had them(because I forgot to remove them) please use him he is a small business owner trying to live the American dream. Just because he doesn't show up in a brand new vehicle with expensive advertising all over it doesnt mean his quality is less. It is probably better then someone with a "job" at safelite. He takes pride in his work, better quality, and lower profit so he can feed his family, and you can still feed yours. Save 50-100 dollars over the big name and get way better service. 5 stars over and over. Support local small businesses!!!!👍👍👍💯💯
