I loved this timely, friendly, stress free and professional experience! I have progressive auto insurance which kicks everything directly to another company who didn’t get back to me that day. Steve from Wallace auto glass was so helpful. He contacted progressive, had the claim switched and had my new factory specific windshield sent out for installation the very next day! I was given a two hour time frame ( depending only on the arrival of the galss). I was contacted early by Joey to let me know his eta so I could manage my time. He was so pleasant and efficient and installation was done in under an hour. He also replace my parking and maintenance stickers on the new glass. Wonderful! Even better… David came after Joey to recalibrate my cameras. This is important! If you have a back up camera, some of the equipment may be placed on the windshield. Wallace auto glass ALSO sends someone out to your house to reconfigure the cameras!!! Progressive even said it might take a few days for that to happen at the other place. And that I would most likely have to go to safelight’s shop. All this to say…. Go with Wallace. They do what they say. Was confronted by a gentleman at Toyota when I was getting car serviced on June 26. Was very pleasant and helpful with helping me set up to get window replaced. Set up for next day. Guy came out said it would be about an hour once he was here. Ok no Problem. He wasn’t careful with my car at all. Window is in but when he was done he said my hood latch was broke And he was taking tools to pry it open. My hood latch has never had a problem and if it did I had just had it in the shop day before being serviced and they would have definitely told me. Made appointment with Toyota took back to shop this morning and was told that the latch had been bent and it was obvious to me that it was done by the guy putting in my windshield. On top of that when he was done yesterday I went to the store and when I turned the corner at the end of my street a tool fell out from under my hood obviously something he had left there. So far window looks ok but won’t be able to say it is done correctly until it rains and I know it is t going to leak.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

My State Farm agent recommended them to replace cracked windshield. Scheduled next day, 3-5p... cutting it close with pre event meeting N of Tampa in my schedule... after numerous calls & texts kicking the can down the road...was told 6p sharp... 6:05p driver calls & reports he's ~ hour away, still... had I not been strung along all day, could have left at 3p... but these guys managed to double screw me stringing me along. David was more than helpful when I was freaking out over my windshield. He told me all the options and was transparent. When his team came, they were done within 30 minutes. They came out to our Airbnb and replaced our windshield the next morning. However, we are having trouble getting our new windshield calibrated. At the Toyota Dealership in Naples, FL waiting for David to call back to help us get our insurance all straightened out. Trusting he will call soon.
