Roberto & his son are the sweetest people ever. I called the night before & they came out the very next day. i honestly don’t know why i didn’t get it fixed sooner. but that’s besides the point. They’re very professional. They get in & get out.Also very affordable. I called multiple places that wanted to up charge me like crazy. But not Roberto. Very sweet man, again thank you guys for coming out & doing a great job!!!! I will be recommending you guys to everyone.

Roberto is a Veteran with a Fantastic work ethic. It was Hot and Humid (95 degrees here in Florida) on a outdoor install on a Mercedes E Class. He didn't rush, kept the job clean and didn't complain about the heat or the difficulty of the job!!! He is detail oriented and a I would recommend his services to anyone. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out to me and replace 2 windshields that afternoon. They had great pricing (cheaper than everyone else I called)and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Will use them again in the future if I ever need any glass replaced. I highly recommend Roberto. I had a scheduled appt to meet at my house to fix my driver side window last Thursday but ended up being able to pay a day early. He literally showed up at my shop (I do lawn maintenance) 30 minutes early. He was so kind. He did FANTASTIC! His prices were better than every shop I called and he even replaced the insulation that I installed in the door. Anyone else would've never put my door back the way it was. Good prices, great quality, fantastic company. He even quoted fixing my Toyota Prius windshield literally $600 less than Safelite. VERY highly recommend.

Roberto was such a sweet man. He came and replaced my windshield than was so kind, and fixed my passenger window which wasn’t cracked, it just was jammed and was stuck down. He was proficient and went out of his way to help me. Also says he will come and fix my door handles as well! He’s extremely affordable and cheaper than safelite and other glass replacements places. I def recommend Roberto!!!

my car was broken into and my back driver side window was smashed. it was incredibly stressful but roberto was my hero. he is amazing at communication, VERY experienced, he took the time to teach me about my window, he was out there in the same day and his service was also extremely affordable compared to other jax glass places. THIS is your guy!!!! i would give him 20 stars if i could

He did a good job on back windshield. Had a problem opening my door because broken glass still in it. He kept telling me that he was coming to check it but never came back. It seems when he gets your money he’s not coming back and check as promise. His word don’t mean anything. Just make sure everything is okay and working before he leaves.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

In Feb 2025 Mr. Roberto came out and replaced the driver side window in my truck and did a good job. However, I asked several times for a receipt for my cash pmt and never received one, so points deducted. That was a reasonable request and because of that, I would not recommend or use his service again.
