This place was great. Right from the first phone call it was apparent that they are a quality company. The girl who answered was super friendly. She was very knowledgeable. My windshield was in stock and an appointment was available the next day. What better case scenario. I was pleased with her service. The technician that was assigned to me was very good with communication. He let me know what was going on throughout the day so I wasn't sitting around waiting for him. Once he arrived he was very friendly and we could have talked for hours. But I let him do his work and didn't hover (even though I wanted to, I am a car enthusiast). He finished in record time. I couldn't believe he was done. It wasn't a hack job either. Windshield looked great. And he was very confident so I was not worried about the work. Beebee was amazing! She was very helpful with getting in contact with my insurance and checking up on me to make sure I was happy. She had Brandon come out to my home to replace my windshield the very next day. Brandon went above and beyond for us and I am forever thankful. When he had removed the windshield he had noticed that whoever had replaced it before him did not seal it well and water had gone through and started to rust the top part of the windshield. Since he noticed this, he added a rust protection on the area to help stop the area from getting worse and giving us about another 3 years before we start experiencing leaks. Working on replacing the windshield of a BMW which is a little more challenging than normal cars. I am so happy that I picked this company to work on this. They were amazing, very accommodating even went beyond the call of duty to make sure that what they put on worked perfectly with the car, which it did. The service tech was also very professional. Informative patient and helpful. He worked and installed it as if he was working on his own personal vehicle. Making sure that there was no problems with anything and that it was done with perfection. Again, thank you very much to the staff and Ashly for all the help. For anybody that reads this if you need a company to fix your windshield, this is a company to go with. They make sure you’re happy with it.

Cracked windshield needed replaced. Customer Service team contacted me immediately. Coordinated everything with my insurance company in 15 minutes or less. Appointment for service made on the spot when other companies were weeks out and no appointments to my home. Orange Blossom Auto Glass was at my home the next day and saved me over 2 hours of commuting and waiting at another service center. Maintenance team contacted me throughout the day to ensure a service window and delivered a new windshield and recalibration while I was able to go about my business. An important clarification. Orange Blossom Auto Glass (OBAG) is simply a business that connects auto glass customers with third party contractors that actually do the physical install work. (OBAG does 'not' preform any installation work.) My experience was OBAG was very good at answering my questions, dealing with my insurance carrier, and scheduling my work. The contractor they sent me was friendly, helpful, and did quality work installing my new windshield. So far I have encountered no problems with his work or the windshield he installed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this experience and would recommend Orange Blossom Auto Glass if you need to replace some glass in your vehicle.
