I would give Matt zero stars if I could. I like dealing with small businesses, which is why I chose him to replace my windshield. I wanted the Mopar OEM glass for my Jeep, as it had a large crack going across and was only getting worse with the cold weather we had in January. I was in the Jacksonville area for work, as I live in Cape Canaveral, and knew I would be away for a month, traveling the state of Florida and wanted my windshield replaced, as I was covering a lot of ground and was going to be on highways and in the middle of no where. I also didn't want to go thru my insurance, as they coded me wrong for a chip in my windshield prior, and my premium went up $500, as it showed that I was in an accident. I learned the hard way, financially, to just pay out of pocket. He quoted me $650 for the glass and the recalibration, with the OEM glass. He wasn't able to recalibrate it the first time, as he installed it in the sun and the sensors were off and whatever else he said. He then had his recalibration expert come out to me a few days later, and he wasn't able to do it, after 2 tries. The recalibration expert proceeded to tell me that I had an off market brand glass and not the Mopar OEM glass. I tried to call Matt to get this all straightened out, as I paid him using Zelle, and he was MIA. Come to find out that he had a phychotic breakdown and thought people with trench coats were in his house trying to attack him and he was shooting at them (for real! The police went to his house and he may have been Baker Acted. Not sure.). A few weeks later, while I already left Jacksonville and was in Lake City, 90 miles away from Jacksonville, I offered to meet him halfway in Macclenny to replace it. He said "no". Just like that. I then proceeded to tell him that I was heading to Gainesville and that I can meet him halfway in Starke and, again, he said "No". I asked him how far he is willing to travel and his exact words were "Not too far!". He then asked when I would be in Jacksonville again, and I said not for several months. He then said that he had to go and "We will work something out" and hung up on me. Now, I am left without the OEM glass I paid for and without my Jeep being recalibrated. And I have to call into Zelle to get my money back, which I'm sure I won't. Stay away from this company! Unless you want to deal with some flaky, phychotic person, that doesn't give you what you paid for. And ghosts on you and won't bother meeting you halfway. I was not about to spend my day driving hours for an issue HE created! He wasn't at all helpful and/or customer oriented...

Matt is very professional. My back window was completely shattered. They outsourced the part that I needed and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Their price was the best price I could find. On the day it was going to be installed, Matt got to my house right on time. Installation was meticulously done and not rushed. I asked about any warranty and he said that if there are any problems I could just call the company to get it fixed. Matt cleaned up all the shattered glass from inside and outside of the car and even on the floor of my driveway. He was very professional and polite. Would definitely do work with him again but hopefully I don’t need to. Would 100 percent recommend.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto rear window replacement

Matt replaced my windshield in my truck, but broke the dashboard (a large hole about the size of my hand). While he had admitted to doing it, he's only willing to do a superficial repair (glue a dash cover over the dash area), vice fixing it properly. I got more than one quote, tried to work with him; but he has since ghosted me and refuses to do the right thing and repair my dashboard that he broke. Update: Yes, there is a crack, on the far/passenger side of the dash. There wasn't a crack nor big gaping hole on the driver's side. Him not billing my insurance doesn't help me now fix my dash, or save me or give me any money for the repair.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I was trying to get my windshield replaced with another company that didn’t show up on 3 different occasions. My insurance company paid for this, so you’d think it would be an easy layup. I called Matt’s auto glass and had a fantastic experience with this company. Answered my call right away (getting to a real person via phone is a feat these days), easily scheduled an appointment, and Matt showed up promptly, was professional, had an easy process, set expectations, and was very respectful. A stellar customer service experience is so hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this place. Keep doing what you’re doing- and thanks for excellent service!

We called Matt to repair a windshield on a collector vehicle. Replacing the windshield we were afraid would have decreased the value. We were amazed by the quick same day service and Matt did an amazing job repairing a stone chip. You can barely see where the original chips was. The vehicle was insured and we called several Big companies that all they wanted to do is file a claim for a windshield. We paid a very reasonable price out of pocket. So happy we choose the smaller lower over head company. You should try them when you run into the same issue.

I found Matt a week or so ago through a Google search and had him come out to replace my windshield onsite. I chose him because he had great reviews, a solid price and is a local, small-business owner. He did a great job, both thorough and efficient. I've learned it's better to pay out-of-pocket for window/windshield repair, rather than taking a claim hit on my auto insurance to save a few hundred bucks. Do yourself a favor and choose him if you need a new windshield installed at a fair price.

Needed the windshield replaced on my 4Runner. Whoever owned it before had it replaced by a big name shop and they did a poor job. Left glue all over the place and didn’t reassemble the rear view mirror correctly. Matt replaced the windshield and removed the excess glue leftover from the last attempt AND fixed the exposed mirror wiring. Looks as good as new now and his pricing is super fair. Quick turnaround as well. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Matt’s Auto Glass. I had a couple other feelers out to other glass companies for my repair and he made me feel the most comfortable. He was able to come by the next day and fix them in my driveway at the price quoted on the phone. He was good at communicating and came when he said he would. Very good customer service. And the chips are undetectable now!! I would highly recommend Matt’s Auto Glass.

Matt’s auto glass to the rescue! Matt was referred to me by the dealership that normally services my car. After reaching out to Matt for assistance, not only did he guide me through the process of engaging my insurance company he was able to repair my issue that same day. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and expertise.
