I had a very negative experience, the interaction when just calling to inquire about services. I called, introduced myself & wanted to ask about service. I asked whom I was speaking with as well, only to be asked “Why are you asking my name, what do you want to know my name for?”. I was baffled and explained I just called to get information about service for my windshield. Once the call ended I called back hoping to speak with a manager, because what happened did not sit right with me. I was baffled at how I was spoken to. However the same guy answered who said his name was “Abdu”. I inquired about the interaction Above in a very calm tone, had I been on both calls. I was told because I sounded sketchy, and that’s why I was given a fake name & why I was asked those questions. I asked what made me sound sketchy and was hung up on. I have a medical condition so my voice may be raspy at times, I don’t know, but needless to say I wouldn’t be a customer and continued to look elsewhere. Sad because I was very excited to call and get some work because of the amazing reviews.NegativeProfessionalism

Came to my jobsite and replaced my destroyed windshield. Took only about an hour and a half, and by the time i was off work was able to drive a a away with brand new glass. Very professional, answered messages timely and thoroughly. Came when he said, charges what he quoted, and left my vehicle in better shape then when he showed up. Didnt realize until on my way home that he also cleaned my two front windows as well. And returned the couple things hanging on my rear view mirror as I had them(because I forgot to remove them) please use him he is a small business owner trying to live the American dream. Just because he doesn't show up in a brand new vehicle with expensive advertising all over it doesnt mean his quality is less. It is probably better then someone with a "job" at safelite. He takes pride in his work, better quality, and lower profit so he can feed his family, and you can still feed yours. Save 50-100 dollars over the big name and get way better service. 5 stars over and over. Support local small businesses!!!!👍👍👍💯💯

LOOK NO FURTHER for your windshield replacements!! I cannot believe that anyone would go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend using M&M auto glass for ALL of your windshield replacements. I have used them 3x now over the past 8 years & I truly can’t complain. He will travel to wherever you are if you need him to, or you can go to him. He offers a cash price & then a price if you use a card(pretty much just the price + tax) & he always says it will take an hour, but has always finished in LESS than that every time. I recently got my windshield replaced yesterday & he turned around & fixed my moms today! He truly is great, and has awesome communication skills. Stop wasting your money everywhere else & choose M&M auto glass!!!

I wish that I could give 10 stars! My van was vandalized and the back window was busted out! I called so many places for prices and soonest availability. Most places wanted over $400 with everything added in and had no availability until the following week! I called M&M and he was able to get me in same day for a little more than half of what the other places were offering! I drove over an hour to his location, backed in and he replaced my window in about 30 mins while my kids and I waited in the car. He also cleaned the window and vacuumed broken glass out of the back. He was super friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a window replaced.

I called numerous companies to get my daughter's windshield replaced, and was given dates for the following week. The windshield had to be replaced quickly due to her being a nurse with two kids. She had already been approached by law enforcement because their was a big crack in her windshield. I called M & M Auto Glass and spoke with Moe. Moe reassured me that they would take care of the issue. He went to her job and did the windshield replacement that same day. My daughter is over joyed at the fast and excellent service. After a major mishap with a landscaping service breaking a door window and res 1/4 window I messaged for a quote to install glass I had as new glass is no longer available. After getting a very reasonable quote he showed up at the exact time agreed on. Outstanding service as he had both windows replaced in a little over an hour. Between the almost immediate response to my quote request, to the cost, and then being able to do the job within 45 minutes of contact and the professionalism shown I will highly recommend this shop for auto glass needs. If I Could Give This Place Zero Stars I Would . I Went To Go Get A Window Replace . After The Worker Is Handling My Car For About 20 Minutes . He Proceeded To Tell Me That My Motor Wasn’t Working . Which Was False Because All Of My Windows We’re Working Just The Night Before I Arrived At This “ Establishment “ . He Was Extremely Rude & Didn’t Even Offer To Fix Something That He Possibly Could Have Caused Because As He Stated “ It Wasn’t His Job “ . Trash Place . & I Would No Doubt Steer People Away From Going Here .

I had a busted window and everyone was charging $300 and up for next day appointments. My brother in law referred me to M&M. Not only did he give me a great deal but he could provide service the same day. He’s very quick and cleans up the mess from the broken glass. He also helped me with another window of mine that had been giving me trouble. God bless this man and his business. He is very kind, very professional and keeps his word. He saved me and my family a lot of money.

I had my windshield replaced on my Ford F150. Excellent job was done it took less than an hour for the repair. The following day I noticed it had a stress crack. I called and told them about the stress crack, they asked me to bring it back the following day and they replaced it with no charge. Excellent work and very, very professional. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone to have this done. Thank you for a wonderful job.
