I am so grateful that I came across Dave and his company. After having a semi kick up a rock or something that damaged my windshield I was searching for help. My insurance company wanted me to go to their place, but that required dropping off my car with no idea on when I would get it back. Stressed out I called and spoke to Dave. He explained to me how he could easily replace my windshield, they would come to me and how to deal with my insurance company. He was so helpful, friendly, patient and polite. Really great service! He fixed the driver's window of my van a few months ago and I had no problems and no complaints. Yesterday afternoon, I came out of my office and the same window had dropped down into the door and wouldn't operate. Called today and he was so busy, it was going to be 4 days before we could schedule an appointment. I was going to check my schedule for the following week and make arrangements but he called me back later and said he'd had a cancellation and he'd be able to look at the window today! Great! Even better, when I went to pay him.. he said it was covered because the part had failed. I highly recommend this company! The only problem you are likely to have is finding an appointment slot on his schedule... 'cause he's so awesome he's gonna stay busy!

I have a Kia Optima and both window regulators went out at the same time. Kia has had the parts on back order for months and David has went above and beyond by calling Kia consistently getting updates on the delivery of the parts and keeping me in the loop. Tried and failed with the guys with the catchy jingle- they showed up and had the wrong windshield, were going to get back to me but instead cancelled me never to call me back. Stop searching, and call Avid. Made an appointment for the next morning, mobile service, to repair a small crack in my windshield. While I was not present to witness the repair for myself, my wife was, and she was impressed by David's professionalism, promptness, and courteousness. The job was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend, and would definitely call again if I ever needed glass or window work.

Called yesterday to get my windshield replaced after a storm. Got several quotes of $500+ without insurance before finding these guys.
