Auto Glass Now

There was some kind of confusion with my first appointment because of my insurance company. Jessica at the front desk was very sweet and apologetic about it. Made a new appointment for the next day and before I even made it home from there she had called me to let me know she had already spoke to my insurance company and got it figured out. The next day when I went in I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took almost exactly an hour. I can honestly say this was the very first time a place dealing with my vehicle was anywhere near correct with the time it would take. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job! If I ever need this kind of service again I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

I had such a nice experience with Auto Glass now. Before calling them I did call one of the biggest and most well-known glass companies, and I was immediately transferred to an AI agent.This was very frustrating because I had to constantly correct my answers as I wasn't speaking to a real human and then when they did transfer me to a live agent, I had to go through that whole process again. After I got the quote, I called Auto glass Now. I spoke to a lovely woman who helped me and their price was half of the other glass company. They replaced the next day and the tech, Drake, called me before he was coming to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was very professional and did a beautiful job.

The 5-star I gave was for the second Tech only that came and ready to work. He called before he was enroute to the house. He introduced himself & Co. , began the process and was completed with an hour. He gave me info on the windshield extraction process and how to care for. He came ready to work for me, the customer unlike the first from the prior week where he spent time looking up the weather forecast of "might, , with our Sun brightly shining, then 2day later we got rain. I dint like that I was text and not given a call. & the work window had 5 hours left after the 1st tech called & came with excuses of not doing his job.

Excellent customer service! from the moment I called and spoke with Cat, to when I arrived at the shop and spoke withJessica, I knew we were in good hands with our "need it now!" windshield repair (long road trip first thing tomorrow a.m.) Even the guys in the shop were polite and friendly. I'm very glad that another, "come to your home" provider could not accommodate me (Except by giving me a next day "window") - if they had been able to come to my house, I would never have had the experience of the wonderful service at Auto Glass Now. Totally worth the trip out to their shop.!

I think they did a wonderful job. They were very helpful and giving me an appointment. I had an emergency, and they changed the appointment for me. I was very grateful for that. The staff help me with all the paperwork. They helped me with the insurance , just a wonderful experience. And if you want to get any glass work done I recommend this company because they really try very hard to treat the customer, right . I will be back if I ever need Any Glass' work done. Overall just a great experience i had my work done over it the Lem turner location

The process was mostly painless and easy. When I initially called and received a quote apparently the person didn’t save it. So when I called back to set up an appt, I was given a quote for much more. I basically said I wanted the same quote or I was not doing business with them. The rep got it down to three dollars more than my original quote ( I don’t believe a word of what she’s telling me about how she is trying, can’t get the same price, mind you) and I agreed. The service day of was professional, fast and efficient.

I found this shop through the Geico app to replace my windshield. I got my claim in and called the shop here to schedule. My first call the phone was picked up and hung up immediately. I called back right away and the phone was picked up for a moment, I heard two people arguing on the other end, and then the phone was slammed back down. I called a third time and I think the phone was picked up and muted. Might be the best shop ever but whoever was supposed to pick up the phone today lost my buisness.

I was well pleased. I first had my insurance company assign the claim to Safelite, who had the claim for over two weeks and never would contact me. I asked my insurance company to assign the claim to another company and they recommended Auto Glass Now. Within 30 minutes the parts department called me and told me they had the correct windshield available. They installed it the very next day. My Heads Up Display, Auto Sensing Windshield Wipers and speed control all worked perfectly.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I had this company replace the rear windshield in our van 4 weeks ago. Came out one morning (less than 2 weeks after install) and the whole perimeter of windshield was cracked. The manager (Jessica) told me that it’s not under warranty and was possibly an “act of God” when it’s obviously a faulty install. Beware using this company! (7619 Lem Turner Road Jacksonville FL) Try Baker Glass on Cassat Avenue in Jax instead. Family owned. Good people.

Autoglassnow! Had excellent customer service, were patient in listening to my needs and delivered honestly. Bryce and Jessica were and are fantastic and met me in my situation with compassion and understanding. Jessica handled the front well and you can tell Bryce is seasoned in what he does because he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone go to this place if you need auto glass repair. Genuine, helpful and honest people.
