These guys are literally the best in the business. I swear to God I'm not bullshitting. I drove my 2013 Mercedes-Benz E63 Renntech all the way to Mercedes Benz of Gainesville, then Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville and wasted a boat load of money on calibration of my radars. Needless to say it never, not once worked right. I even tried Safelite and besides being rude, they were also unable, let me correct that, they WOULD NOT touch my car because of a fault code in the camera. Then my coworker Roger brought his Brand New Lexus there and I was blown away by how good the work was and even better how fast the turn around was. So I contacted this company and they battled my insurance company trying to cheap out and managed to get an original windshield. We scheduled, they installed and calibrated literally the same day. And now my car is perfect! To fix something even the dealership failed to diagnose and even repair is quite a feat. I would know I used to work for Mercedes. So in closing, would I recommend Auto Glass Assist? F+$+;$ Yes I would. Excellent work, Amazing and friendly staff and quick turn around.

I had a big rock hit my windshield on I-95 and ended up needing to have it replaced, so my Allstate insurance agent got in touch with Auto Glass Assist Inc. to do the repairs. The team showed up right on time and at the beginning of the scheduled window of arrival for my appointment, and were experienced pros who immediately got to the work of replacing the windshield. They had it popped out, removed all the old seals & sealant, and the new window set in place & secured in maybe 20 minutes total or so. The new glass was an exact color/tint match for the old glass, and it was perfect. The guys took good care of my car and protected all the pieces that had to be taken off & reattached during the process. They couldn't have been nicer, and I'm extremely pleased with them and their fast, friendly & professional service. So I'm very satisfied with the company and their technicians - they are experts at what they do, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing windshield/glass replacement services! Five stars!

I am not providing a bad review based on workmanship, their kindness, or the process of going through this companies workflow. I am giving this bad review purely based on a price difference. I called these people after having my 2014 2500 RAM back window hit by a rock flung from a lawnmower blade... and they quoted me $1200.00 to replace the window. Then I called Safelite, and by no means am I affiliated with them. I was told by a friend to call them, and they quoted me $700.00 for an approved OEM window installed... what is up with the extra $500.00 AAA!?! I feel like that much price difference is proof that these people are not giving honest quotes as their ads suggest. They are trying to rip people off. Maybe they are great when it comes to front windshield repair since that’s normally an insurance thing, and mostly people don’t even have to pay a deductible for those repairs. So AAA will just charge the insurance company huge rates. What snakes! $500.00 difference? Unacceptable.

I just left the shop . I had my windshield replaced ( through insurance). I have yet to establish if the calibration is working and what not. But I am so angry right now looking at the level of my gas tank, and the AC setting. This was a 2.5 hour wait. I know what my range was when I dropped the car, I didn't have my AC on when I drove there. Then I saw my range when I pulled off. Considering the price of gas right now, WHY???!!!!Is the customer responsible for keeping the technician cool? Even I don't drive my car on that cool setting !!! RV windshield repair/replacement. Exceptional service, great people, great work! I had AAA work on a windshield issue on my class A bus. Roger, from AAA was thurough, professional and truly went above and beyond in researching and solving our issue. The office staff were friendly, responsive and accommodating. For fellow RVers, AAA has a large bay and was able to store and repair our large (43 ft.) Bus indoors. They explained every step in the process and every charge as they went through sourcing glass, etc. They were very competitive in their rates despite my needs being very specialized. A 5 out of 5 for me. I highly recommend!

A rock decided to pick a fight with my windshield a few weeks ago. My insurance company tried steering me toward Safelite, but they wouldn’t give me OEM glass — dealbreaker! My wife and I were searching all over Jacksonville for someone to replace the windshield in our semi-truck, but every shop we called tried to overcharge us. Thankfully, Triple A Auto Glass was recommended by the Volvo dealer in Jacksonville, and they did not disappoint! They took us in right away, provided excellent service, and gave us a very fair price. We were so impressed that we brought in our second truck the very next day. Their professionalism, efficiency, and honesty set them apart from the rest. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto glass work!

AAA Autoglass is absolutely not the company you want to use to repair a stone chip in a windshield. Twice I have had them come out to repair a stone chip and both times you could not even tell they worked on the windshield. In each of these cases I had to pay Safe Lite Glass to properly repair the window. Don't waste your time with AAA Autoglass and just call Safelite to begin with. We had the windshield of our 36' class A RV replaced here. We were getting a new fridge installed by a private RV mechanic at the time, and AAA Auto Glass worked around his schedule so the fridge could come out when the windshield was out. We were pleased with the windshield, especially the fact that it was done in a timely manner. We would recommend AAA to anyone. Thank you, Roger!
