I had a cracked windshield and we contacted AmeriPro Glass in Jacksonville, Florida and I ask Kim the secretary and Caleb the technician about the windshield if it was original windshield from Subaru or OEM and Caleb the technician said "yes it is a OEM and not aftermarket but will not have the Subaru logo on it". So I waited for the car to be ready and I picked up the car. After a few days went by, it started to rain, and the dash started acting crazy which all derived from the installation from the windshield installed by AmeriPro. I was very, very disappointed in their work and for Dwayne, the manager, caring to address the issue. His insurance paid $687.24 for the installation, and now his calibration is off because of an aftermarket product. I tried several times to contact the manager, Dwayne, to fix this issue, but he is not returning calls, so we contacted the owner/ supervisor, Brad of Dwayne. Brad, the owner, told me that if I would take down the reviews, he would pay us $100. *The Better Business Bureau said we should not do that because companies like AmeriPro try to pay for good reviews and pay consumers to take down their reviews. *Also, take note that the positive reviews on their reviews are from workers and friends of the company to get higher reviews.* AFTER Brad tells my insurance the it was it was a "Failure Installation" by AmeriPro, my insurance approve the OEM to be put in, Brad put me on the "back burner" and said "your windshields, in at the dealer. However, we have other people already scheduled to put in. So you would have to wait until wednesday next week for us to get to you" Now I drove 27 hours trip and Brad the owner (who drive a white new Lexus) gave us $30 for gas. We've over $183.63 for gas to come to AmeriHo. So way I decided to go with another company that is professional to put in the windshield. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Dwayne, refused to fix this issue, so my husband and I contacted Brad owner/ boss of Dwayne the manager. Brad told my husband that if he would take down the reviews, he would pay him $100. AFTER Brad called my husband’s insurance on a threeway and tells our insurance the it was a"Failure Installation" by AmeriPro, our insurance approved the OEM to be put in. Brad said there are other customers scheduled and for us to wait until wednesday next week to replace our windshield. We then felt that there was no urgency whatsoever to prioritize our windshield replacement which was a“Failure Installation “. Brad put $30 worth of gas to our car whereas our drive from Georgia to Ameripro Glass Jacksonville back and forth cost us $183.63 . Had my windshield replaced on December 19th unfortunately my wife was the only one home so I was not available to stand outside and see that everything was done properly. It was NOT! The very next day we noted that the passenger side trim was completely loose and the 2 of the 3 clips that are made to hold it on were broken. Called AmeriPro and they said they would take care of it. Weeks later we called them again to see what was going on. They said they would email the lady in charge of helping us and get back to us asap. This went on week after week after week finally they explained they were waiting on a part they had ordered. (Please note they NEVER contacted us we always had to initiate contact for info. Also they NEVER came out to actually look at what part(s) were needed). Finally February 13th nearly 2 MONTHS later they showed up to "fix" our car. They did NOT replace the broken clips they simply use the black windshield glue and glued in a new trip piece. This makes it so every time the windshield is replaced going forward we will have to get all new trim pieces because IT'S NOT DONE RIGHT! Upon further inspection after seeing what they did to the passenger side, I now see they did the same thing to the old trim on the driver's side 😡😡😡. There is black glue all under the edge of the driver's side trim. They also left part of the trim that was messed up by them popped up and not properly seated. Completely HORRIBLE service, Horrible communication and shady as heck "fix" of stuff their company broke!

If there was a Zero, I would put that. I was told on initial contact, my windshield could only be replaced if I came into the shop because they needed their large screen to do it, which would take 2 hours. After I gave permission to them to talk to my insurance. Co. I was put on mute. I sat in the shop for three and a half hours.. They kept coming and saying to me they could not get it calibrated..First told me the " other" calibrating machine they needed was mobile in Orange Park. Mobile???...then told me it was the person who made the appointment that did not give them time to set things up...then told me it was my fault because I did not have enough gas in my tank..finally blamed the Ins. Co. for after product windshield. I left and called my ins. Co who said I had accepted an out of approved company and I would have to pay to switch. I did not know this since I was muted!! Then I was told they would get OEM glass and come magically to my house and replace it!! I questioned this, and they said they have the ability to only try not to offer it due to lack of staff, and a real pro would come do it.... I had the same amount of gas in my car..it took another 2 hours... The "pro" said they don't always have enough room around the car to calibrate it in an effort to make an excuse. I feel very distrustful of this shop ..I experienced incompetence and blaming, including basically being lied to. Run from this company..

By far my favorite glass company! I had called and used their services several years back and was delighted to get $100 check for my old windshield! They not only called Progressive to file the claim, but came to me and were done within 45 minutes (huge thanks to Jessica and Bill). I recently had to have my windshield replaced in October and received the same great service, less than 2 months later, I was horrified to see another crack (I travel a lot for work)! Not only did they answer all my questions (yes, your ins company will cover more than 1 windshield per year & yes, it's against the law for them to raise your premium or costs because of a cracked windshield), they also came to my work to fix it (thank you Caleb!). The icing on the cake was that I still received a $100 check! Every employee I spoke to was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I can't express enough thanks and appreciation for them being such an amazing company! If you need your windshield replaced, don't hesitate, call Ameripro immediately!

When I called to inquire about getting my window fixed, I could immediately tell the difference. Other companies I called were short with me, and didn't want to take a moment to answer all of my questions. Gabbi was the exact opposite !! She took time to really find out what was happening with my car, and helped me find the best possible solution. I know nothing about car glass, and she really educated me. She was patient, and extremely professional. The technician that came out, Caleb, was awesome !! He came and really went the extra mile. He was professional, friendly, and not only was he on time, but he was early ! We had a wonderful conversation, and he explained exactly what steps he was taking, every step of the way. He is an expert, and he has a great personality. The prices are amazing, as well !! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!! Call AmeriPro !!! Trust me, you won't regret it !!! I'm sending all of my family and friends there, as well as my colleagues. AmeriPro is the BEST !!!!

There are not enough words to express how thankful and grateful I am for Caleb Weber and his team at AmeriPro Auto Glass. This morning before going to work I had my car broken into with as well as 25 neighbors cars at my apartment complex. The ordeal sucked with having to call around and talking a day off work to get this handled. Looking on google and google maps for a glass company I came upon AmeriPro Auto Glass and spoke with Lisa. She was so nice and very helpful letting me know the can replace the window on my car same day. Even within a few hours of calling for a quote. When Caleb Weber was sent to replace my window. He was very polite and extremely professional. Definitely knew what he was doing. He had my window replaced within the hour and made sure to shop vacuum all the glass that shattered all in my car and door panel. I highly recommend them for the job. Especially Caleb Weber. Thanks again for making my day better.

Lisa and Alex were exceptional. Lisa contacted me ahead of time to confirm my appointment and to give me an estimated cost, which was helpful to know ahead of time. On the day of service, Alex called me when she was on the way and gave me an estimated time of arrival, which was so much better than waiting around during a 4-hour window like some folks do. When Alex arrived, she was respectful of my property and time and gave me an estimated time of completion. She confirmed I was provided the estimate and even asked if I wanted to keep any of my windshield stickers, which was super helpful as I’d forgotten I needed to keep those for work. Alex was in and out in about an hour as she predicted, and she did a great job. She salvaged my stickers and check out was quick and easy. This was an overall great experience, after submitting an online form to have my windshield replaced I received a call back that very same morning and had an appointment scheduled for the following day. It took less than five minutes from the time I arrived for the technician Caleb to start working and he had everything wrapped up within the hour. My windshield has been leaking water due to a different company skipping steps and doing a bad install and I really appreciated Caleb for spending the time to tell me what they had done wrong to cause the leak and the steps he took to make sure his install was done right so I wouldn't have that problem again. Everyone was very professional and the quality of work is superb. I really had procrastinated with getting my windshield replaced because I thought it was going to be a huge hassle but honestly the entire process was so simple. The representative that assisted with setting up the appointment with the auto glass technician and also who contacted my insurance was extremely nice and took care of everything for me. My auto glass technician was Alexandra who was not only super friendly, did a great job and was really efficient with her work. She also offered to try and salvage my little coquí sticker on my windshield 🤭 I really hope I don’t “need” to get another windshield replaced BUT if I do I definitely will not be stressed about the process. I highly highly highly recommend this company. Thank you for making it such a simple process!!
