I was not the costumer, my husband was and I took the drive with him. Base on what social media said this was our best option for our truck (18 wheeler) windshield exchange, first they are not him Hialeah as the address stated they are in Orlando, we happily drove from Miami to Orlando since we want it the best…. And yes ! We got the BEST DISASTER… the started removing the truck visor which was not necessary and they end up put it back, they broke the base on one air filter, the put the windshield gasket on the wrong position had to remove it, and put it back, the truck dash all messed up with glue, and I can keep writing but it will be too long, so base on my opinion, use really professional people not “influencer” from social media since they will always post the best job not the disaster. I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company…. And I have pictures if someone wants them!

Quick and quality swap! They did a great job and were very responsive . Thank you guys 4 day later Update: I’d recommend just paying for a more expensive service. As I expected, you do usually get what you pay for and while they were able to do everything fast that doesn’t always mean that it is done correctly or done best. After further inspection, it is clear that they do not use OEM glass, and it seems much cheaper and more fragile than the original glass. They also left a ton of glass unvacuumed in multiple areas & now there is a rattling sound that I believe is a piece of glass, trapped in an area that I cannot reach. It’s very disappointing I hope that they would be willing to make this right.

Fantastic work! As soon as I got in contact with them, they helped me get in contact with my insurance and get the windshield replacement ordered and approved by the insurance in 24hrs.. I am so happy and thankful with the service from JD Auto Class, is the second time I have to use their services and they are super friendly, fast and convenient! Alexis did my last installation and he was absolutely great! I had a leak in the front of my car that was creating mold on my headliner. I called JR on Friday and he was able to schedule me the next day and replace my windshield. Alex did a great job at answering my questions and doing his due diligence in replacing the windshield. The cherry on top was they came to me and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
