I live about 2 hrs north of Hialeah, I went to visit my daughter, when I arrived I noticed a crack on the windshield, I left my car and she brought me home. I spoke to Jack on 10/20 explained the situation and he guided me through the process of requesting the service to the insurance on 10/21 he changed the windshield at my daughter’s house. I needed the rear window in my GMC truck removed and resealed as the body shop did a terrible job after painting the truck. Jack responded to my house at 8 AM right on time, removed, re- primed the window after cleaning and re-installed perfectly. I also had him remove and re-install my rear extended cab window which was also leaking. The work he performed was perfect and he cleaned everything afterward. I highly recommend Jack to anyone needing auto glass work done. Great Job!
