PRO AGC AUTO GLASS and Calibrations

I contacted PRO AGC after taking my RV to a national chain and they assured me they could replace my RVs windshield. When I arrived for my appointment, the chain then said they could not replace the windshield due to calibration issues. This coming when we were planning a two week trip the following weekend. Fortunately, I called PRO AGC. Chris was out of the shop on a mobile job and it was around 3 PM on a Thursday. I explained my situation and need to have the RV for the weekend. Chris arranged for me to drop my RV off at his shop in his gated lot. Chris had the windshield replaced by noon on Friday and arranged for me to pickup the RV from his shop and pay electronically because he had another mobile job. While I did not get to meet Chris, he conducted business in good faith and provided outstanding work. Please save yourself time and frustration by calling PRO AGC first.

They were very accommodating to schedule. Communication the whole way… I was able to get in for my appointment at the shop exactly when they said and the crack in my windshield was rather long and obstructing a clear view. Chris left my windshield like nothing ever happened and felt like I was in a new car. Loved the service but above else the communication. Most places you hear radio silence until the work is done. They were very attentive and genuinely seemed interested in my satisfaction.
