I had the pleasure of having Sandy file my claim. Sandy made everything pleasurable and she handled my claim in no time at all. Sandy is very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. She has a sense of humor that helps you forget that you have a crack in your windshield, which always helps. Sandy is very informative when it comes to describing the details of what to expect. Mike came out to replace my windshield. He called exactly when Sandy said he would. Mike gave me an estimated time of arrival and then later called to say he was on his way. No waiting around wondering when?? Love that!! Mike is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Mike is very meticulous in his work and pays close attention to detail. He also used a cleaner and soft cloth to make sure the new windshield was spotless before installing. Trust me, it is. Mike also installed the windshield exactly in the time that he said it would take. Mike definitely knows what he is doing and he does it well. I am very pleased with Mike’s work. It is because of all the qualities that Sandy, Mike and Auto Glass Warehouse possess that I am giving them Five Stars and I highly recommend them.

I live in the Ft. Lauderdale area and could not find a RV Glass replacement company that sounded like they new the correct process to replacing my RV windshield. The Miami/Broward companies I spoke to all said “Yes, we can replace the windshield but it’s not what we do daily” I called the big RV Dealers in Ft Myers and both dealers said they used Auto Glass Warehouse. I called and spoke to Kim, and she ordered my glass and scheduled me to come in on a Friday. She also advised me that the RV needed to sit for 24 hours while the sealant sets up correctly. During the job they found my center support between my 2 front windshields had some rust starting so they wire wheel brushed it and then treated it to stop the rust before they reinstalled the 2 piece windshield. All the while, my wife and I went around Ft. Myers as tourists and stayed in a hotel overnight. The next day Saturday, the RV was completed perfectly and ready to take back to the east coast. I had a windshield replaced during February. Everything looked good in the job until I got in to drive the car and I saw that the wiper pivot ws way high. When the technician was removing the wiper arm he must have pulled the pivot out of the bushing. They sent the same technician back. He was not doing the repair and was only explaining how it could not have been his fault. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I kept telling him what he needed to do. I got very frustrated with him. I called the office and requested a new technician. At one point the technician pulled all of the part from my car on the ground beside my car and took a picture of them and then left. I made the repair to the wiper pivot. The company did send another technician later in the day and reassembled the car. Very disappointed with their quality and professionalism of the technician. Very frustrating experience. I bought my Tesla just over a month ago today and 3 weeks in a rock cracks the windshield. This company was recommended through Tesla so I went with it because it felt safer. I was wrong. They came today to install the windshield and left dirty hand prints on the light grey interior of my month old car. When I called to complain Dave there suggested the same guy that made the mess would come on Monday and clean the car. Seriously a joke. They also did not line up the interior correctly and it’s not flush now. I hired a professional detailing company to come to clean the car tomorrow so the stains have a better chance of coming out. Someone came to my house on Monday March 8 to repair my 2006 Dophin RV windshield. On his arrival, he noticed the windshield could not be fixed and had to be replaced. He took measurements and said someone would follow up later in the week. On March 29, I still had not heard from them and I called the Fort Myers office. I told the women what happened and she said she would get back to me. Again no update so I called back on April 7 and spoke to a Stephanie. She to said she would get back to me. Again no call. On April 12, I spoke to Tony who told me the insurance paperwork had not been done and he call me back. It is April 19 and still no call back. I could not give higher praise to the team at Auto Glass Warehouse. I went to the Fort Myers location for windshield replacement in my 05 Newmar DutchStar. There were a number of issues in dealing with my insurance company and, they supplied aftermarket windshields which did not fit. As you can expect this caused me a great deal of concern. Auto Glass Warehouse worked with my insurance company and we’re very involved in solving the issue. I now have OEM glass that fits beautifully and I’ll be happily on my way. It’s hard to find any business these days with old school style, Customer Service is number one with them and they were diligent to provide it. If you have an issue give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Danall, (not sure we spelled right), went out of her way in helping us replace the windshield on our Mitsubishi Outlander. She made sure to follow thru with everything that was needed to make sure the replacement went well. When the Mitsubishi dealer could not recalibrate the camera system thru the new glass, Danell had us go to their Sarasota location where the team got the cameras all calibrated as they should be. Scottie was awesome for being my personal morning ride too! Huge Kudos and thanks to Danell, Scottie and the techs who got our job done well! This business is amazing. A real person answers the phone in 2 rings or less. You talk to the same individual who is courteous and remembers you and your problem. They follow up promptly and return calls. The quality of the work is outstanding. For example, when replacing my windshield, they even replaced the transponders and the oil change reminder sticker EXACTLY where it was on the glass. The replacement windshield was indistinguishable from the original equipment. The installer left no sealer or glue smear showing on the edges and the seal was perfect. Chris and his team are fantastic. I needed a windshield on my fiancee's 2014 Honda Civic, and they were able to get it done in less than 24 hours. They were not only timely, but provided exceptional service by following up to make sure everything went smoothly. It's rare that any company would go above and beyond– especially in this industry where it is usually transactional since your insurance company foots the bill. Not Chris, he and his team understands the importance of getting customers back on the road and providing good service. That is how you run a business.

Just had the windshield repalced on my Silverado and I couldn't be happier!! Vinny did the work and I am very happy with his professionalism and manor. He represents Auto Glass Warehouse very well.
