Fantastic Company with knowledgeable people from top to bottom with exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. I usually don't have a good reason to write reviews but I felt I had to with this company. I was very impressed. A neighbor of mine hit a large bird on his way home from work in his van which caved in his entire windshield. He had already called an auto glass company and was quoted $500. He stopped by my house and asked me to help him get his windshield replaced for a reasonable price. He works but like most of us he's trying to survive and he doesn't have $500 lying around and can't get to work now. I initially talked to Tom (I believe he's the owner) , he's a great guy it was like talking to an old friend. I had a unusual request and Tom really helped us out in every way possible! Including a way better price for the windshield than the competition was charging. Jason our installer did a great job he even primed the pinchweld with primer. I can tell you from past experiences not all auto glass companies prime the pinchweld with primer. It's a important step that if it's not done will lead to rust along the pinchweld in 3 to 5 years. Jason installed an OEM windshield, imagine that without even asking for OEM. I actually forgot to ask Tom what brand of glass we'd be getting. Jason and I got along great and told us if we ever needed something to give him a call. I really appreciated that. This company treats you like a customer should be treated. They'll go above and beyond to earn your business. Without even asking you'll get quality OEM glass and a superior urethane to glue your glass in, a fantastic price considering they use OEM parts and a perfect installation from a knowledgeable installer who doesn't cut corners. Plus these people care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Finally! A service company that understands what great service is. After a very unpleasant experience with Safelite my insurance company referred me to Tom from The Auto Glass Company. He responded immediately, ordered my apparently technologically advanced windshield for my Cadillac CT4-V Sport, and had it installed within days. His technicians showed up at my office to replace the windshield, when Safelite told me I needed to come to them, replaced it in about an hour, when Safelite told me they would need the car most of the day and did a great job. The car seemed untouched. The technicians Jason and Jessica were fantastic, communicated well and did a great job. If your insurance company wants to send you to Safelite tell them you want to use Tom at The Auto Glass Company. Support local companies that give great service and do good work. Thanks Tom!!! Had our car windshield serviced by Jason and Jessica at our apartment building. Both were completely professional yet down to earth and friendly and we loved the on-site mobile service. They first tried to repair the spider crack, but ultimately had to replace the windshield completely after realizing the crack was too big to repair. They worked with our insurance company, making it super easy to do everything. They also came totally prepared with the new windshield, expertly installed it, and even moved our stickers and Sunpass transponder perfectly. Just got a super-fast, very reasonable price quote to replace the windshield on a 2012 Sienna. Definitely like this company. Update. 27 May 2024. I want to add additional data to my review. I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

If you’re thinking about going with The Auto Glass Company don’t hesitate. I don’t usually write reviews but these guys are awesome! Tom was easy to reach and he got me on the schedule very fast. The communication was always easy and very open. Jason came out to replace the windshield and was quick, precise, and professional! There aren’t many companies that provide “customer service” anymore so it was refreshing to receive such caring and great service from start to finish especially when it comes to something as important as a broken windshield!

Horrible customer service, didn't hold an appointment for install of a front windshield on a week day during business hours. Highly unprofessional. I had to then call and schedule with a local business/glass company that did a great job, had amazing transparency and made me feel like the job wasn't just important to him to get done to do his basic job but get to other customers and at the same time he was great with me! DO NOT RECOMMEND SATELLITE>

I picked these guys after having a bad experience with Safelite. They were quick to respond to calls, were on time, and did great work. Definitely worth mentioning the top-notch customer service. There was an issue with BMW's glass, as it created problems with the heads-up display. No drama and no hassle. Auto Glass Company was able to source a windshield through industry connections. No issues with the new glass. Happy customer.

Awesome company! Very clean install and they make sure to keep your vehicle from getting dinged up and keep it clean. They took care of ordering the glass and showed up a little earlier than the scheduled time. I have referred this company to a couple of people and they were happy as well. This is the best place to get any issues with your auto glass done. Jason put in my rear view mirror in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me! Right before I went to him the Porsche dealership tried to charge me over $3,200 for a simple job. This place is amazing and I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.
