In early september, I was dealing with a hatchback rear window glass that was quite literally popping out of the frame. (From a prior rear-ending, the auto body shop that put the glass back in had used really cheap glue and hence a year later in Florida heat it was one pothole away from falling out on the highway and becoming a disaster for myself and other drivers). Long story short, Dave was an honest professional, who is very knowledgeable about his field, and was extremely accommodating in helping me get my car situated around a hectic work day.
