Ron came to my house on two separate days. On day 1 (Friday), he came and looked at my windshield, discussed my options, heard my complaints, and left (on a very good note). He didn’t seem annoyed or bothered by my questions and took his time explaining things to me very thoroughly. This was supposed to have been a one day job and I wouldn’t have been completely satisfied. He fixed that. He then turned back around and called me on Monday morning (today) to set up a time for him to return as he just picked up the parts he needed to complete the whole process. He came within a couple of hours to do the full replacement. He was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. I was amazed at the process and he did not mind me watching, I just stayed out of his way and let him work! He even pointed out an additional issue with the car (that was not the windshield) which he did not have to do. I do hope that all of the employees are as amazing, easy going, and helpful as Ron.

I recently had the windshield replaced on my 2023 Corvette after a large rock chip turned into a full-on crack. Lloyds of Shelton Auto Glass is the best!! I recently contacted them regarding the replacement of a rear pickup window with a powered slider window with a solid rear window. I had several questions and Kristin was great!! She is very knowledgeable and went to all lengths to get answers for me. Likewise, Will and Rich, the installers, were great! They were on time, courteous and professional!! Best of all---the replacement window stopped a leak that I've had for a long time! When I need auto glass work done, they will be the first and probably the only company I will call! They are the best and you won't be disappointed!!

The installer, Will I believe was his name, could not have been more professional and helpful. My daughter was running a little bit behind to get home from school and he was very understanding and friendly. Caught a rock chip in my windshield on I-75 by the time I got home the chip had turned into a crack. A friend of mine recommended Lloyds of Shelton's to me Because he had work done by them in the past. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable. And they sent technician Shelton. To my house the next day He let me watch him do the entire job and explained the whole process to me, which I found very interesting. Also, I had a camera in my glass and they were able to recalibrate It right on site. What an operation! Thanks, Shelton. I will highly recommend!

Will arrived at the promised time, he was friendly, polite and completed my rear window replacement of my F150 very professionally. Just got done replacing a windshield for my car. Ron arrived and got the keys and immediately got to work. He did a good job in a timely fashion and all work was completed correctly and without hassle. My son had a water leak in his car and we thought it was the windshield. When Lloyd's came out, they discovered it wasn't leaking at the windshield but where the roof panel meets the side panel had small dry rot cracks. After all that, they didn't charge us a cent.
