Gatorz Auto Glass

Called Gatorz Glass and initially left message on their answering service. They called me back in less then 15 mins. Spoke with Robin who was wonderful to work with. She set up everything through my insurance company. Glass was ordered on Monday through Lexus of Tampa Bay. Windshield came in on Tuesday and the installer came and installed it on Wednesday. She called me each time when there was an update! That’s the way to keep customers happy! The installers name was Jimmy and what great work he did! Came to my home and installed windshield in my driveway. His work is impeccable and deserves a 10+!!! I’m not saying I want another cracked windshield but if I get a crack in my windshield Gatorz Glass is the wind shield company I will always call first and Jimmy will be my installer!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We needed a windshield replaced for a 2005 Chevy Impala. Called our insurance company and they placed the claim through Gatorz Auto Glass. Expected a call before the end of the day but received a call within the hour and had an appointment set up for them to come out the next morning. Ended up changing to a different company that could install the glass and the tint strip across the top. Gatorz promptly called me to inquire about my cancellation and gave me some tips/questions to ask the other company to insure I was getting the job done right. What amazing customer service and I'm not even a customer! Though I am not using Gatorz at this time, I will most definitely consider them in the future.

I cannot overstate the tremendous service that Gatorz Auto Glass offers to its customers. Gatorz replaced the windshield in my truck last week, having come to me at my office location, and I feel as though I received white-glove treatment throughout the entire process, beginning with the scheduling phone call. During the call, Gatorz could not have been more helpful in answering my questions. On the day of the appointment, Jimmy arrived on time and executed the windshield replacement quickly with a totally friendly, positive demeanor. The finished product windshield is exceptional, and I wholeheartedly endorse Gatorz as a vendor you can trust and that will make you feel like a truly valued customer.

Jay and Robin were great to talk to and were able to help me with my windshield for my BMW 540i. Jimmy, the auto glass technician who came to replace my windshield was AWESOME! A very well experienced professional and had a great personality as well, really cool to talk to! He knows his stuff and knows what he’s doing. Can’t say enough amazing things about Gatorz! I needed a new windshield on my BMW 335is and came across Gatorz as a recommended provider in one of the local BMW forums. Called them up and spoke with Jimmy Johnson. He couldn't have been more helpful from determining exactly what I needed to walking me through the insurance process on a three way call with USAA and setting up an appt for the nest day. The technician, Jimmy Kunze showed up the next day within the time period I was given and did a outstanding job from beginning to end. I'm pretty particular about my car and work being done on it and he was flawless, not to mention a pretty cool guy. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.

The replacement of my windshield was seamless from start to finish. They walked me through the phone call with insurance, scheduled the replacement around my schedule, even came to my place of work to do the job. I am kinda of an OCD personality and want everything done correctly, and Jimmie and Mike were very professional. They explained what they were doing so I could understand and cleaned everything up all of the glass and debris from changing a windshield. My new windshield is so clean too. It was perfect. We are so pleased with service we received. We have a new car with a large amount of technology on the windshield, this presented problems for some auto glass companies. Some companies wouldn't call us back, others called back once and never again. Gatorz Auto Glass was different. It took some time for them to get the windshield but they stayed in constant contact with us. Once the windshield came in they came out and replaced our cracked windshield. You may find someone who can do the glass job you need, however, I don't believe you'll find anyone with the quality of customer service this company puts forth. Thanks Gatorz Auto Glass.

Having my windshield replaced by Gatorz was the most convenient auto repair work I’ve ever had done. Robert and Jim made the entire process so easy with excellent communication about scheduling dates and times, and also keeping me updated on any potential changes during the actual day of service due to forecasted heavy rains. Jim installed the windshield in my driveway and it looks great. He also wiped down my car all around the exterior glass to leave no signs that any work had been done. Very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them.

Everyone was GREAT!!! Had to order my windshield due to my car being brand new, no where had them in stock yet. The guys kept me up to date on that process and as soon as the glass came in they were here replacing my cracked windshield. Even called in between and wanted to make sure the crack wasn't getting worse in case an alternative was needed to avoid shattering. I've gone to them for years and always recommend GATORZ to anyone that asks!!! They're always friendly and always fast to get you taken care of!!!

Was highly recommended but refused service didn’t care or want to even attempt to replace my windshield says vehicle is older could possibly be rusted behind the windshield regardless how do you know if you refuse to even try to do the job pull the windshield if it’s got rust I’d have it fixed then have windshield installed not uhh uhh my boss says he don’t want to take the job great waste of time thanks.I’d have paid more for them to come back if needed will not recommend to anyone.
