Auto Glass Now

Ricardo was pleasant, professional, and friendly. Auto Glass Now made scheduling easy and was able to accommodate what I thought might be a hassle; replacing one windshield via insurance claim and another out of pocket. It wasn't a hassle at all. I do wish they equipped Ricardo with a square or similar means of collecting payment, I don't love handing someone my card and having them manually capture all the numbers. I'd offered to pay over the phone in advance, but that wasn't an option and I suppose it makes sense, you pay when the service is complete and not before. However, the card thing isn't a reflection on Ricardo or his work. He was a person that inspires trust, he was a good communicator and seems honest and fair. He kept me posted as he worked, explained issues that arose, and helped me understand what to do next with my car that was showing an error. He reminded me that I have his number from when he called to let me know he was on his way, and left me with AGN's brochure so I know how to get in touch if I need to.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now! I first spoke with a rep on the phone who was incredibly helpful, but I decided to stop by one of their brick-and-mortar location in Apopka instead. I’m so glad I did—there, I was helped by a fantastic woman who got everything booked quickly and was so kind throughout the process. A few days later, a technician came out to my house for the replacement. While the appointment ended up being later in the day than expected, I found out it was due to a vendor delay—not their fault. The tech was professional, fast, and took the time to explain everything to me. I chose to pay out of pocket to avoid dealing with insurance headaches, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was—even with the calibration included. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

the windshield replacement was fast & flawless. they called me the morning of the service to let me know the timeframe that they would be arriving in. when the gentleman who was replacing my glass was heading my way, he called to confirm so that I could unlock my car. I checked on the service about 20 minutes in, & my damaged windshield was already removed & he was prepping for the new installation. after about an hours time my new windshield was installed. the gentleman who performed the service also gave me some tips for letting it set & dry correctly. i’m glad he provided after care details because my first thought was to get a car wash after the installation because I was afraid to do so when the windshield was cracked. I was afraid it would break on the wash. overall the service was great & i’d definitely recommend!

I had a broken passenger window on a Saturday, called them and they had a tech sent to me by Monday. The tech Mike was fast friendly and very professional, he replaced the window but it had a knock as it went up. Mike then told me that they would have to come back and bring a new window,unfortunately it took me calling them multiple times to find out when they would be here to replace the window. I was finally connected to the local office in witch the manager called the dealership to find a window or a replacement one. That call was made on Monday one week later and they got the window and installed it on Wednesday. The great thing was Mike came back to do the install, he was great as the first time he was here and remembered everything. Overall the price wasn't too bad and the customer service was excellent.

Great convenient and fast. I watched them from workplace window. I met one guy to give him my car key. He worked with a partner (a smoker who left cig ashes all over my driverside inside dashboard and window) who helped put on the glass on the left and the key guy was on the right. After they finished and told me and they left. I was happy to have a new windshield. But noticed the left driver side with holes in the slit cuticle for where they glued the windshield glass in was not smoothed out (attached in 1st photo and 3rd) compared to the right side (2nd photo). So, one technician did Great and the other did not. Can Glass Now send someone to come fix my driver side windshield cuticle because debris are going to get trapped in the holes.

For the most part it was a good experience and technician was good, but there was one corner of the windshield where there was a big chunk of glue or caulk all over. I called the technician 3 times and left messages and no one called back. Finally called the main office in Oviedo and he left a message with the techs manager to call me and it has been 8 days and no response. I should have found my own window place instead of going with what insurance recommended. Their customer service response is non existent, use who you want and not this group.

Extremely high praises for Auto Glass Now! The call to schedule my appointment was a friendly person, and the text allowed me to change my available time to fit my schedule. Kevin, my windshield tech was exactly on time. Kevin was professional and his service was quick, thorough, and excellent. Kevin put my epass and camera back on my new windshield and cleaned everything to perfection. The process from appointment to finish was seamless. Thank you again, Kevin and Auto Glass Now for a really pleasant experience.

A golf ball made a direct hit to my windshield on my truck! Needless to say, I was upset and anxious to get it repaired. Shakendra not only set up an appointment for a quick replacement but she calmed me down and asured me that the replacement and re-calibration would be perfect - she was 100% correct! This kind business has many competitors but Auto Glass Now stands out above everyone else because they CARE about both the job and the customer.

Was so pleased with Kevin, who came to my house to replace my windshield. Arrived on time, and about an hour and thirty minutes later it was replaced, cleaned, and calibrated. Such a wonderful difference than my last experience with a nationally known company. Auto Glass Now was so quick to respond also. I will only recommend them from now on.
