Two years ago, I visited a shop with my Honda Pilot, which had a cracked windshield. I chose the shop because of their affordable pricing. However, I have been to the same shop six times since then to report a leak in my windshield. I mentioned that I couldn't see the leak, but every time it rained, my floor mats with rubber bottoms would be soaked, and the water would remain in my car for days, causing mold growth and an unpleasant smell. Despite my complaints, the team kept insisting that the issue was with my AC and not my windshield. I even visited five different mechanics to get a second opinion, and they all confirmed that my AC was working fine, as I had been saying. Finally, I took my car to another glass place, where they performed a pressure test and found two different places where my windshield was not sealed. They fixed the problem, and I have all the documentation to prove it. The shop that fixed my windshield gave me a note that says the following: "The customer brought in her Honda because it had been leaking for well over a year after getting it replaced by another company. The vehicle was inspected and found to be leaking from the driver's side. Upon removal of the cowling, there was no glue for over a third of the bottom and the side. The window was installed so poorly that removal and reinstallation were impossible due to the lack of glue and the glass being slammed against the body. Due to these circumstances, the window broke during removal, which the customer was advised might happen. The original window has been removed. Rust from poor installation has been removed, primed, and the windshield has been properly installed. Due to the nature of the situation at hand, the shop noted as much as possible. If there are any questions regarding the situation, the customer is advised not to hesitate to reach out to the store manager for pictures and more details." I spoke with the manager of this shop multiple times to be basically called a liar and tossed to the side as if this was not their issue. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't be so upset if the shop had listened and investigated the problem a little better instead of insisting that this was my AC. If they had taken the time to take a look at their horrible sealant of my windshield, they would have seen that this was all caused by a lack of investigation on their part. This could have easily been resolved if they had just taken the time to investigate the issue.

Absolutely horrible experience, to keep it short and to the point. When they said my truck was ready to go there was glass all over the inside on the dash, the seats, and the floors. Then after the first rain about two weeks later there was a massive leak. After calling them a lady advised that she needed to speak to her warranty department and would fall me back a week later still no call. Side note when you call there's an option to speak to warranty department that they NEVER answer. So after the week of no contact and another rainstorm I reached back out to speak to Hugo who acted like he cared and was going to get me a fix when asked for pictures and video that I easily sent to him. He then proceeded to tell me the same thing that he needed time to talk to warranty department... Basically I I had to take my truck somewhere else to fix their poor workmanship as we have been getting a lot of rain and who knows what other damage was being created as the water would pour into my cab in the dash and work it's way to the floor (which also fried my dash cam as the water came right in from the top over it) Do not use this company as they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR LABOR!! I'm still waiting on that phone call to bring it in when after they have received video evidence of their poor installation. (The review won't let me post the video but as you can see in the photo my dash Cam is dripping wet from the water coming in)

This place is a JOKE. Absolutely horrible. 3 weeks these guys just wasted my time. Week one, get the quote, day comes for installation and they call me after 5pm after waiting for them all day to tell me they cant make it. So we rescheduled for exactly a week later, another Wednesday. That day comes. Wait all day and get a call. Our technician needs to reschedule for some reason (sounded like he said his tech had to leave the state or something) so AGAIN we rescheduled, this time for next Tuesday (yesterday). Anxious and nervous that they won't show, I waited around and of course, around 3pm, they call saying they cant make it today, the job im asking for is too difficult, so they're gonna come out the next day (so Wednesday). So now its today, Wednesday. Waiting around, taking a nap when my phone rings. I jumped up and answered it within 2 rings and they hung up already. So I call them back and when they finally answer, I get told "were not going to make it today as this job is too difficult we cannot do it". Mind you, the job, is to take a back window which I ALREADY have, and install it in the car that needs it (tree branch fell on the car). Funny thing is I used to do Autoglass with my dad and its not a difficult job. I already have all the paneling removed with the electrical unplugged and easily accessible. Don't waste your time with these guys.

This business was painful to deal with to say the least… I had to get my front windshield and rear window replaced due to the recent hailstorm. I was recommended this place by a coworker and made an appointment over the phone which took a long time due to communication issues which are highlighted in other reviews as well. I was told that the final price after taxes and everything in cash would be $510 for the front and back. When I arrived for my appointment and after confirming with them over the phone 3 times that they have both my front windshield and back window after an hour I was notified that they did not have the back window and I had to come back a few days later. The installation seems to be ok but there was black adhesive on my handle and other places in my car. There was also a utility blade left on top of my car (see picture). When I came back the next day, I was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait max which ended up being 3+ hours. The top of my trunk was also severely scratched in multiple places which is hard to see in the picture and there is still a bunch of glass everywhere in my backseat and in my trunk. The cherry on top was that I was charged $530 instead of the original $510 price I was told. If you want an affordable place to get your windshield/windows replaced, this place may be ok for you but do not expect a good job.

Tavos Auto Glass is an excellent value and choice for anyone shopping for new glass. I've used their service for three windshields thus far and in each instance they were the best price and available immediately. Today, 9/18/2024, I got a windshield and a rear glass panel replaced, and not only was the job done well, the Tavos team went out of their way to clean broken glass and throughout my car and put back plastic flashing inside the car (that came dislodged in a collision) which I had no expectation for them to do. Another reason you should consider and ultimately choose Tavos Auto Glass is how prompt their service is. I called about getting my glass repaired at 430 pm on a Tuesday. By 2 pm the next day my glass had been special ordered and delivered and the job was completed by 5 pm. Legitimately, everytime I know someone who needs auto glass work, I recommend Tavos. Get your glasswork done here with full confidence. That this business is rated anything less than 5 stars is comical to me. This company is legitimately the best in North Denver and quite possibly Denver overall.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Tavos. Two of my windows got broken out and this was the cheapest place my friend (who paid for my window replacement) could find. I was hesitant as I usually go with Safelite. Well I 100% regret coming here and not going through Safelite. My back seat passenger side door has cuts/tears in the door’s leather that are clearly from some sort of tool (they weren’t there before). There is glue or some sort of residue stuck on the inside and outside of my car. And when I slam my doors shut, you can hear glass inside my door panel. I appreciate them getting my car in within 2 days but this isn’t quality work. Regardless of the price, you should take pride in the work you do and not leave behind evidence that any work was done to your car. I personally and honestly would not recommend. If you look at their YELP reviews, people are complaining about their windows shattering literally days after having them installed. Proceed with caution if you do decide to go with this company.

They don’t even deserve one star. They replaced the windshield and they were supposed to also replace the seal on my 1985 GMC Sierra. They had to come out three times because they couldn’t remember to bring the seal. The last time they were out they forgot it again but this time they thought they could clean up the 30 YEAR OLD seal and put it back on telling us it was the new one. IT STILL LEAKS! We called three times about it and sent pictures because they charged for the new seal. They keep telling us we will get a refund. It’s been months now and I don’t expect to see it. They were also late every time and even tried showing up at 11 pm when the appointment was at 6. As you can see from the pictures, the rust streaking on the seal is the original one and leaks from three spots. SAVE YOURSELF and go to a real business.NegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I've always came to tavos bc I've never had a bad experience but this time I did. I had a windshield replaced Nov 15th and didn't notice later in the day, my fault for not checking, that it had deep scrapes on it. Called and they said someone would get back to me. A week went by and they called to say manager in Claims department would call me back 🙄. I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the first week of dec and someone a day later called me in the evening said hed call me back in 30 min but said they'd be able to refund me only 1/2 of what i paid which is unreasonable in my opinion bc i paid to have a good windshield in and not a bad one 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️, am i wrong!? Well here we are second week of dec and still no results! Make sure you check before leaving the establishment.... Also i said yes to new wipers and they are not new! They don't even clean right 🙄

Tavos has been truly the best place for any of my auto glass replacement needs.. My brother had recommended me to this place a few years ago and ever since then I have never been to another auto glass place since.. Now I recommend they're services to anyone who I know that are looking for any work they need done..They are very reasonably priced and they have exceptional customer service.. Thank you Pablo and Fatima!! My windshield came out perfect!! If you are reading this review cause you are not sure where you should go for what you need done and are not sure what place to trust.. Try Tavos out. I promise you that you will not be disappointed!!

The first time I came here, I was impressed. The service was excellent, everything was done in a timely matter. The second time I came for another vehicle, total opposite. We were scheduled for 2pm and at 3pm our car hadn’t even been taken back. No communication regarding the longer wait times. We ended up leaving and not getting any type of service, unfortunately, the person in front just stated they were busy. Most of the people waiting had already been there for at least a hour I know of, but were there before we were. It’s poor service to schedule an appointment and be over a hour late for it. Especially with zero communication.
