Dr. Rock Chip, Windshield Repair Denver

Came across the good doctor while searching for whether and how a crack about 12 inches long in my windshield could be repaired. All the big auto glass places will say no dice, and some will even try to sell you a Medicalert bracelet (Seriously!). Aaron uses a technology that I had come aross in my search which looked promising, but he has many years of experience in applying it and charges what it would have cost me to buy it. He took me the same day that I called and knocked it out, or should I say filled it up, in no time. Super friendly guy, and he explained what he was doing as he did the work, which was great. For just 150 versus something like a couple of grand to replace a fairly new windshield, he made it so the crack is barely visible, and visible only from certain angles. He gives a lifetime warranty on the work, so he stands behind it if it somehow fails. Based on what he said, the probability of that is pretty dang low. Big thumbs up for Dr. Rock Chip.

I stopped by for a windshield chip repair and I left with some stunningly sharp headlights as a fine cherry on top. To those concerned, I didn’t feel pressured into a service upcharge here. I drive a 16 year old Honda CR-V and it had definitely earned its yellowed cataracts. I was considering just getting them replaced so I was willing to take a chance on anyone confident enough to try and put some shine back into them. Service was consistently confident and clean. Skill and experience was evident throughout the windshield repair and the headlamp restoration. I appreciated the thorough commentary on the materials and technique throughout the entire process. I’m happy enough not needing to worry about the chip becoming a full on crack in the weather ahead. Witnessing the my headlights get to looking this fresh again earned the 5 stars here. My only regret was I never captured a before pic.

Absolutely brilliant service from Aaron! I can't recommend him enough. From the moment you get in touch, his customer service is out of this world, genuinely one of the nicest guys you'll meet. He repaired a chip in my wife's Acura with such precision and care, I didn’t hesitate to call him again when my RS5 needed attention. Both times, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. Absolutely great experience! I got a chip on I-70 as I was driving (basically) across the country. I contacted him late on a Thursday evening and he squeezed me in right at quittin' time. I think I met him at his house. The repair was quick and easy, and he even cleaned up an old rock chip repair. The cost was extremely reasonable. In the days of $1,000 windshields (for $100 worth of glass....), Dr. Rock Chip's services are a Godsend! It was a great conversation while he was working, a nice part of Denver with good restaurants nearby, and an all-in-all phenomenal experience! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!

I had a great experience with with Dr. Rock Chip. My windshield was struck by a small rock over the weekend and I contacted Dr. Rock Chip Monday morning. Aaron came to my home and repaired it that afternoon. I was impressed with how he kept me posted as to his ETA as he traveled 40 minutes through rush hour. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the repairs in the midst of a windstorm! I cannot tell that there was ever a chip in the windshield. The price was reasonable and I am confident the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Dr Rock Chip!

Aaron with Dr. Rock Chip sucessfully repaired a 24 inch long crack in our windshield in February 2023. He came to our house and we were impressed with the quick procedure and convenience of Aaron's to your door service. The repair has lasted through Colorado's extreme temperature changes and seasons. Aaron has since repaired other windshield chips and cracks in our vehicles. In addition our son's 2000 Subaru Outback headlights look like new after Aaron restored them. Saturday afternoon, I stopped by the Colorado Blvd location after reading the wonderful reviews, and I see why now. The work was done quickly, very reasonably priced, and I left very satisfied. Yes, there are other companies that provide glass fix, but just read the reviews for Dr. Rock Chip.
