Jeremy and his team at Precision Auto Glass are the best. I had found this place a couple weeks ago, where they fixed my fiancee's windshield in a timely manner, and through her great experience, I decided to also go with them when the windshield on my Tacoma cracked. Kevin, one of the auto glass techs, came and replaced the windshield on my Tacoma within 2 hours, right at my apartment, making the process smooth and easy. I ran into an issue where the ADAS camera was not calibrating after the windshield was replaced on my lifted Tacoma. I went to my local dealership to get it looked at, and told me I needed to replace the windshield to an OEM windshield, and do another recalibration, along with charging me for failed calibration labor. I called Precision Auto Glass to see if there was anything they could do about it, and Jeremy personally came down and calibrated the camera on my truck in 30 minutes, saving me hours at the dealership and thousands of dollars on costly repair and part fees. Jeremy and his team truly care about customer satisfaction, and this was evidence in my interaction with the folks I talked to over the phone, along with Jeremy himself. If I have any issues with my windshield or need to replace/get work done on any of the glass on my truck, I will 10/10 times go to Precision Auto Glass. I recommend this place to anyone that is in need of windshield repair/replacement along the front range!

I needed to replace the windshield on my Volvo. I contacted the closest repair shop and they informed me that it was a difficult windshield to source and it would take 8 days before I could bring my car in, that was this last Monday. After having my car all day I was contacted and told that they had received the wrong windshield and to expect another 8 day delay. Needless to say I was upset so I started calling other services. Alexandra, super friendly, great customer service skills, answered my call and informed me that they could replace the windshield on Wednesday with a mobile tech. Preparing for another let down I waited patiently between 10 and 2. 1:30 rolls around and the phone rang letting me know to expect the tech in 15 minutes. The tech, Jeremy, was a total professional. All he asked was for me to roll down the windows. Literally 20 minutes later I had a new windshield. I offered lunch, water, snacks but all he asked for was an honest review. Had a long crack running across the front windshield of my RAV-4 - reached out to Precision Auto Glass, and they got me a quick quote (very competitive with other vendors) and scheduled, and the replacement job itself was done in like 30 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff (and the service tech was great as well) - I highly recommend, and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises! From start to finish Precision Auto Glass was an outstanding experience. Let me start with my first point of contact Amber, she answered my inquiry, quickly provided a quote, and answered numerous other questions I had. She was polite in her emails and on the phone. I requested same-day service and she delivered. Kevin arrived for our appointment on time. Kevin was professional, answered my husband's questions, cleaned up the car and the driveway after the removal of the shattered glass, and finished within an hour. Would I recommend using Precision again, yes. What a pleasure to deal with a company that lives, breathes, and walks customer service.

after contacting another shop that did not get back to me for over a week, i needed a prompt repair & they were able to get my windshield & come to my house to replace it in under 24 hours. they did all the work coordinating with my insurance to save me another call. Sarah, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable & helpful. I can’t remember the tech who came to do my repair, but he went above & beyond to hide the wires for my dashcam & add back all of the things from my old windshield (stickers, ezpass, etc). i will literally never go anywhere else & i would seriously encourage everyone to use this company

Getting an appointment scheduled was simple and quick using the form on their website and the follow up correspondence (quote, scheduling, questions etc.) had a very quick turnaround time! Jeremy (the windshield tech) was communicative, on time, and the replacement time was also quick! My car has some systems that needed calibration and a dash cam and Jeremy tucked the wiring back into the trim and got everything calibrated within that quick time period as well. My whole experience was that Precision is professional, timely and I would definitely recommend them!

SKIP SAFELITE!!! Precision Auto Glass is the best. Kevin came to my house and spent extra time making sure my calibration was perfect. And Precision Auto Glass (Denver) charged me $500 less than Safelite. Kevin was courteous, respectful, and did an amazing job. When Kevin (after hours and hours of trying) couldn't get the calibration adjusted on my Subaru's eyesight, then he had his supervisor, Jeremy, come over later that day to get it perfectly calibrated. Both guys were aces. Go ahead and book with this local company and skip the national brands altogether!

This team is a class act and were phenomenal to work with! The windshield repair they did was excellent. The team's integrity was second to none as when when some minor damage to my center console display happened due to an accident during the repair (accidents happen and this was not a reflection on the professionalism of the team and workmanship of the repair), Jeremy and his team went above and beyond to replace the console display to remedy the issue. This type of integrity is what makes them stand out!

We went with these guys based on word of mouth and they had a better price than Safelite. Kevin came as scheduled, but the windshield he brought turned out to be faulty glass (cracked when he moved it out of the truck) so he immediately drove allll the way to the Denver wharehouse and allll the way back to us in Louisville and took care of the installation without missing a step. He even cleaned up the interior a little bit. Stuff happens sometimes, but he handled it better than I would have.

Finally got a new windshield for my 15 year old vehicle. My installer, Kevin, called ahead to confirm he was on his way. When he finished he cleaned up inside my vehicle and all the way around it. He said it was extra messy because he was removing the factory installed stuff. I noticed a couple of lines I thought were scratches. Kevin assured me it was just glue from the packaging during shipment and proceeded to clean it all up very nicely!
