I absolutely love this company! This is my second time using their services, I had my little Toyota Camry tinted here almost two and a half years ago and the work still looks great! Now I’m having my dodge truck windows done and am so excited to see the work. I don’t speak Spanish but am always treated with amazing service and kindness. The young man at the front desks speaks perfect English as well as Spanish and always serves with a smile. He takes care of in shop customers and manages phone calls at the same time. Will give you a price immediately as long as you know the year, make, and model of your vehicle. I’ve never had any kind of problems with scheduling an appointment or getting pricing for either of my vehicles they’ve always been able to give me a price, time, and swift service. Pricing is also extremely reasonable compared to the other locations I have price checked. The best prices in town! I recommend this place to all my friends and family. If you’re planning to stay in shop while they service your vehicle they have a great space with plenty of seating, drinks, snacks, ect. The bathroom is also very clean and I always feel so comfortable waiting in the shop while they work! 75 cent soda for a hot day is the cherry on top. Truly a wonderful business with hard working employees. I also disagree with all the negative reviews written for I have never ever experienced anything of the likes of what is mentioned. If you’re looking to get your windows tinted, and or window shield repaired this is the spot to do it! I have driven by this place multiple times and was in need of some help installing a new seal on an old VW Vanagon. Most glass/auto body places either could not help me or had no clue what I was talking about. One place gave me a quote for $180 over 3 hours. Full disclosure I attempted to replace the seal twice and botched it both times. While I clearly was unsuccessful, I knew it shouldn't take a professional 3 hours. I stopped by just before close knowing I'd have to come back another day for the service. The folks @ Latino's Glass took a look at the Van, made a quick phone call, and asked if I could come back the next day at 9am. They fixed the seal the next morning in less than 30 min and charged a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional - I will bring the van there to have the remaining seals replaced.

walked in today with an appointment. i told the gentleman in there good morning. and that i had an appointment @ 10:30. they both proceed to star at there phones and did not acknowledge i was even there. and looked at me like i was stupid and made me fill like i was a burden. i'm sure the owner of the company wold of appreciated my business but unfortunately he had the most rudest employees around. i would of liked to of giving them my business for the fact that i own a fleet of trucks that are always in need of windshields but they didn't want my money i guess.. with that being said i wish them all the best in there future endeavours...

The staff is very nice. I would not go back there. My window regulator is broken, and I took my car there to just get my window put back up and in place because my car is old and I'm not putting much money into it. The guy who was working on it had a very, very hard time putting it back up. I was called to say it would be ready at x time, but it was an additional 30 minutes. In putting the window back up, they broke the control to my mirrors and left a screw out. Their prices cant be beat, but as the adage goes, "lo barato sale caro."

The name is exactly what it says. If you don’t speak Spanish you will be overlooked and passed in the line. I’m first at the shop and I’m told someone will be right with me. Had a seat in the lobby and they start making appointments with everyone that speak Spanish. finally I get up back in line and I’m told that I have to wait for all the people in front of me first come first serve. at this point I don’t see that going to spend my money here Horrible customer service

My family and I were in Denver while my dad was in the ICU for almost a month. Unfortunately, he passed away and then the day after our car window fell off the track and we couldn't fix it. We went to Latino's Auto Glass and they were so kind. They fixed our window and didn't even charge us because they wanted to do something nice for us given the loss of our father. Excellent, Fast service,very polite and and seem to be honest did I say honest ?well I figured that they would be honest considering that my wife and family have been using them for sometime. Low and behold we found out that they have not been honest with pricing and quotes are always different smdh ! quoted and wrong prices from the start and I guess we could never get a straight and honest answer.@the end of the day we will never use them again

I had my daughters driver side window replaced here for a Dodge Charger. Her car was broken into at work. The window was defective and cracked from the bottom and went up. they would not refund or replace my window. Lady on the phone said they had no insurance or warranty . Bad customer service if i could give them 0 stars i would. It's not about the money its about the principal and i'm sure they do this to many people. FRAUD FRAUD is all i can say.

While visiting Garden of the gods our vehicle was broken into on a Friday night. We called every shop that came up on google in CO Springs and most of Denver. After 2hrs of calling places we came across this shop and god are we glad! We are from KC and needing to drive back home with our window fixed. After an hr drive to Denver and 30mins later our vehicle was ready to go! Beyond grateful for a speedy, professionals and quality service.

I went to them and found them to be the best price for my 2018 Civic front window replacement. I saw another low review that said if you aren’t Spanish speaking they will treat you worse. I’m Caucasian, do not speak Spanish and they treated me with the same kindness and respect they did everyone else that was waiting area - All the people were very nice and I highly recommend them!ServicesAuto windshield replacement
