Talk about a brain dead company. I asked for a quote and got $320.50 or something like this. Then I was asked to give my vin to confirm which is understandable. Some cars have all kinds of fancy sensors that need to be taken into account when you replace the windshield. My BASE MODEL 2016 Prius doesn’t have such things. This person, proceeded to tell me it would be $400 because I have sensors. I told her, no I do not but of course I called the Toyota dealer to confirm this. Both parts and service confirmed this. I then told this person that, they proceed to argue with me, stating I have a “condensation” sensor listed under my VIN. Well, good thing I know a lot about cars. I almost felt stupid. Texted fhe shop foreman at Toyota (Stevinson East) who stated I was for sure being lied to and that “condensation” sensors do not exist on any Toyota and the rain sensors for rain sensing wipers would also not be listed as a condensation sensor. Also, my car doesn’t have any kind of rain sensing wipers. Once again, Toyota confirmed I need glass. No recalibration, no sensors to watch for, nothing. Of course after calling them out I receive no response. Then some hours later I get texts with a discount code and also saying I was subscribed to their texts. Once again. A brain dead, untrustworthy company. As a vehicle fleet owner, I wanted to see if these guys would be cost effective as I regularly have windshield replacements on my fleet sadly. After seeing how quick these people are to attempt an up charge on a non existent sensor in my car, well, non existent sensor on ANY Toyota actually. As confirmed by the dealer, I can’t even fathom bringing my car to a place with such dishonesty. They state the info came from my vin. Well they’re lying. They just use a manufacturer that charges alot for their OEM glass and want to pass that price onto me by lying about why I need a “special” glass. Can’t express enough how much I wouldn’t recommend these people. If they lie about something like this. There’s no telling how much they’ve made off of being dishonest with people. Screenshots provided. I’ll be nice and not show all the gaslighting done by this company before my paragraph text😂. Just use someone else. There’s tons of dependable glass companies that sadly stay booked up but these guys aren’t trustworthy. It’s extremely important to only have trustworthy professionals touch your vehicle. Believe me! I never even made it to the shop based on their lies. However Braydon V did and left a 1 star review, explained not only his issues but the issues with the manager, communication, and disorganization, I would review his experiance in detail before thinking about trusting these people. They are NOT professionals.

******!!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!****** This shop is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m so disappointed in the quality of work and service they provided that I’d give them a 0-star review if I could. Last week, I got my windshield replaced here. To be honest, a 5-year-old could do a better job. The windshield molding and trim were messed up, and there was rubber from the old windshield scattered across my front seats. There was also a massive gap on the driver’s side of the windshield that I had to push down to fix. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even do what they’re supposed to do and add tape to keep the windshield from moving. They charge you the same price a dealership would charge, but take advantage of you by making you pay more for “recalibrating the sensors” for $330. Which doesn’t take more than 5 minutes. But wait, there’s more! I contacted the shop to explain my issues, and they expressed their willingness to assist. They assured me that the manager, Sarah, would call me on Monday. However, when Monday arrived, Sarah didn’t call me. Instead, a different woman took over as the mediator for the entire solution. I requested that they provide a mobile service to inspect the work, clean up my car, and ensure everything was in order. However, they informed me that they do not offer mobile services for warranty repairs. So, I informed them that I would be present on Saturday once more to have the glass inspected and all other issues resolved. I specifically requested that Sarah, the manager, be present to ensure that the job is done correctly. They assured me that Sarah would be there. Today, I visited the car repair shop to get everything fixed and organized. However, to my surprise, the manager was absent, and they hadn’t even anticipated my arrival! The receptionist informed me that they don’t accept walk-ins. I pointed out that the woman I had spoken to on the phone had mentioned that they would expect me on Saturday. However, to make a case for anyone considering bringing their car in for a window or windshield replacement, I witnessed another customer facing a similar issue. He got his windshield replaced by the same shot, but dealt with water leaking through the side of the windshield. To conclude this review on a negative note, the staff advised me to return next week when the manager and the lady that mediated would be available. Unfortunately, this won’t happen. Their service was abysmal, and the quality of their work was subpar. To express my dissatisfaction would be an understatement; I’m deeply angry and upset. If you decide to have your glass done here you have made the wrong choice.

I was traveling across the country and unfortunately something flew off a truck going the opposite direction and took out my driver side window. An hour out of Denver I looked online and found this location. They said they could have the window there and install it when I arrived in an hour. Everyone on the phone and in person were nice and helpful. My two stars come from the condition of my car when complete. I asked the service person if he vacuumed the broken glass out of the door. He replied “most, the rest will fall out the hole on the bottom of the door” I trusted him and left it at that since it was late and I had been driving all day. (See photos) A couple days later I rolled down my window and realized the weather strip is all bent and not installed properly. I got home a week later and removed the door panel to fix the weather strip. When I did I saw a hole on the bottom of the door where a screw used to go but apparently the service person didn’t know it was there and pried until it ripped a hole through my door panel. I also noticed several of the clips for the door panel were not aligned for their perspective hole and just smashed. Further when I got the panel off and looked inside the door I found lots of glass. It was very accessible and I vacuumed it out. In conclusion, people were nice and the price was good. The work itself should have had more care to to it. Not aligning the weather strip, the door panel clips and prying a bolt and creating a hole in my door panel is just careless. Lastly telling me the glass was vacuumed from the door is just a lie and that is what caused a 2 star.

This place is not professional whatsoever. They installed the wrong windshield in our vehicle. We got rain inside our vehicle. Came back twice. The second time we called the day before and made an appointment for 10am. Arrive on time and they have no recollection of such. They say we can leave the vehicle here. We live 3 hours from here and drove here today FOR this appointment! My time is extremely limited. They’ve been previously made aware of this and do not care. The one gal in the office walks around like she thinks she’s just so cool. She has a marijuana vape pen sitting directly on her desk in plain view!!!! She is not professional. Shes obnoxious and tried to get mouthy with us and we shut that down immediately. She needs to get a job at a hip hop club because i think she has this job confused with somewhere to party. Take care of your customers!!!! We paid money for a new windshield. It was the wrong size and installed SLOPPY on top of that. They left a mess all inside our vehicle!!! Goop everywhere at the top. Dash was left filthy dirty. I do not have time for this! My time is valuable.

Cost: This is the 3rd piece of glass I've gotten replaced here. 2 windshields and 1 quarter. Not only was this last one $200 less than the 2nd most cost effective; it was $350 less than the super popular company in the area. Scheduling: First come first serve sounded scary but they had the glass there waiting and we were out in less than an hour! AND the ladies in the office were GREAT. Friendly Knowledgeable & outright helpful. Quality: Chad was our technician and did an AMAZING job. No paint chipping, no interior damage, the glass is set very flush and looks great! Cherry on top? Black, not blue tape 🤣. Don't bother calling around, this is the BEST price you'll get with a warranty and you don't have to sacrifice quality or customer service.

My car was broken into, passenger side window smashed in. Auto Glass Now was able to get the replacement glass ordered that same day, and it arrived overnight. Had an appointment that very next day. I showed up for the appointment, waited for maybe an hour - before I knew it the job was done. Stephanie provided excellent customer service and was very polite throughout the entire process. Taking off a star because a few retainer clips on the door panel were busted/cracked during the job. This left my interior trim partially detached and misaligned. Could have been avoided if the tech had been a little more careful. Appreciate the speedy service but would have waited a few extra minutes if it meant not having my door trim rattling.

Definitely not recommended if you have a nice vehicle, they did a good enough job on my old pickup, however my wife's new highlander was a disaster. First they cracked the windshield when trying to repair the chip. Then tried to get me to pay for the windshield, they backed off that pretty quick. Then they clearly did not care about my vehicle because they had to do it for free. A foot long scratch in my dash, and terrible looking seals around the windshield. After countless phone calls, getting hung up on multiple times, never hearing from the district manager, I had no choice but do give up. Don't make the same mistake I did! Call your insurance company and get an approved shop to work on yours. THEY DO NOT CARE

I was told the windshield replacement was going to take about an hour and a half so I went and got breakfast and came back expecting my car to be ready soon. Well I sit there for another 30 minutes and finally asked was the eta was. Well turns out the piece of glass that was ordered had a chip in it and they weren’t going to get a new piece until noon (I got there at 9:40) so I’m sitting there until 12:30 wondering if we were still waiting on the piece of glass. They didn’t finish until about 1:15. I wish someone would’ve called and notified me as soon as they discovered a chip in the new piece. I would’ve just rescheduled instead of having to wait for over 2 hours.

The process was nice and easy. I went to Auto Glass Now's website and filled out the information. I got an instant quote. They did a follow up phone call to schedule to installation. I had another quote that was more competitive. They beat the price, so I went with Auto Glass Now. They arrived within the time period I gave them and installed my windshield quickly. Everything was quick and easy. Everyone involved was kind and courteous. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now for many reasons. 1) Fast 2) Easy 3) Professional 4) Competitive 5) Kind. There are too many businesses in Denver Metro that are rude and unresponsive. Auto Glass Now is neither!

I scheduled a windshield replacement for the next day they said they would call me they never called never did anything I had to call them at around 3:00 p.m. and find out that they had their service technician lied to them and say that they try to get ahold of us at 10 in the morning. None of this ever happened and when I told him of the situation and that I needed the windshield done they never offered any kind of rectification to the situation. They truly didn't offer any kind of solution or try to offer any kind of discount or anything we went with a different company. That subsequently ended up being cheaper
