I'm very happy with my windshield replacement. TJ was polite and was able to answer all of my questions. After he completed the work he made sure that I had a full understanding. About the replacement. Customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend Stateline Auto Glass. They were recommended by my insurance company. TJ was not only on time but early, extremely pleasant to work with, and demonstrated absolute expertise and perfection in replacing my windshield. I found out that the new Audi's can be extremely difficult to calibrate the cameras and driving technology in the windshield. TJ took the time and had patience until the job was completed perfectly and all error codes were gone. Also, Erika the office manager is an extremely cordial and helpful lady who answered every question I had when making the appointment. Could not be happier with Stateline Auto Glass. Doug, our technician, was great. He communicated effectively prior to the appointment and arrived punctually. He was also very friendly and approachable. He made some time to show my son what he was doing and how before the young man got cold and went inside. He answered my queries as well. His work was tidy and completed in a more than timely fashion. He was polite and respectful of my family and my home. He is the consummate professional. We paid out of pocket and the price is what I consider entirely fair compared to the rest of the field. Paying was quick and easy when the work was done. It's so wonderful to work with a company that follows through. I had a windshield replacement through an insurance claim. Stateline sourced the glass and trim through the dealer and kept me updated on its arrival date. The mobile install team arrived within their stated window and replaced the glass at my house. They performed the ADAS camera calibration too, before cleaning up and vacuuming. A week later I noticed the Heads-up display was blurry. They came out the next day to reset it with their diagnostic tool, something even the local dealers weren't aware could be done. Stateline has gained a loyal customer for all my future glass needs. WOW! My prior experience was that of Safelite and let me just say, Stateline exceeded that every expectation. I couldn't get an appointment with Safelite until much further out. I contacted Stateline and they provided a quote quicker than any other company. Upon scheduling an appointment, they confirmed they could dispatch a technician to my location in 30 minutes! The tech came out and was patient, fast, and thorough. He removed and installed the windshield, then recalibrated all the systems in less than 45 minutes. What a fantastic experience. For all my vehicle glass needs, I'll be coming back to Stateline. Highly recommend!

Erica at state line Auto Glass was awesome. I had two rock chips in my pickup windshield she said she would help me file a claim with Liberty. Liberty had my policies mixed up tried to file under my motorcycle insurance that don't even have a windshield. Erica still sent a gentleman out to fix the chips in my windshield and because of the confusion on policies. She had spoke with her manager and State line Auto Glass fixed my windshield for free. excellent customer service friendly and in a timely manner. Any of my future windshield needs repairs or replacements I will be talking to these people.

My insurance company recommended this company and I'm so glad they did.. service was scheduled quickly, the tech showed up as scheduled and he was gone within an hour of arriving at our home. They did a fantastic job replacing our windshield. They came to our home and the repair was fast and efficient. The technicians were very kind and courteous. The vacuum up and even cleaned all my windows when they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a windshield replacement!

The company was able to get a technician out quickly, which was great. He appears to have done a good job installing the windshield. He attempted to reglue my rain sensing device to the windshield. Hope it will work. Only negative is that he left debris on my front seats.
