Amazing customer service, quality, and professionalism. They are responsive and always worked with my schedule. I called to find out if they re-sealed windshields and how much it would be for a replacement, if needed. I spoke with Jaime and she came off flat and annoyed when she answered. I asked about re-sealing windshields and she was confused about the request, but said no, they only replace. Which is understandable and had no issue with. I know the likelihood of failure with re-sealing. She stated she would need to see the car to see if they have the windshield in stock. I tried to clarify, "If it's not in stock then I would need to wait for an install on another day?" She hesitated and responded "No." Confused, I said, "Because you would need to see the vehicle to find out if its in stock, would I need to come back another day if you dont have it in stock?" She said, "No. We can do it in an hour." It was an awkward conversation but those aren't deal breakers, just life. I was asking a stupid question, but I wanted to figure out if they had their own stock or needed to outsource. The deal breaker was the attitude throughout the conversation. She sounded irritated. A one minute and forty second phone call can make all the difference. I had high hopes due to their rating and reviews. I'm really bummed it turned out this way. 3 stars since I can't speak to their work quality. Response to Owner: I'm glad she's become a great addition to your business. The criticism was about her tone. No, I didn't ask for a quote because the conversation wasn't moving forward and it was clear it needed to end. It's moot regardless. I didn't have a VIN. I'm sorry I shattered her with my feedback surrounding my experience. Hopefully we can, or have, move(d) on and I appreciate your response.

Somehow, Colorado's climate turned my windshield into bi-focals. I hate when that happens along with the hassle of getting a cracked windshield replaced. Turns out, I made the right choice by calling Right Choice. It was super easy to arrange the replacement. They were quick to offer mobile replacement and swap my glass right in my driveway. Impending snow changed that plan and we mutually agreed that a quick drop off at their shop was in my best interest. I dropped off my truck, ran an errand, swung back by and was met at the door with my keys. The truck had new glass (no more bi-focals) and I was on my way. They handled my claim with insurance and all I had to do was drive home. How easy is that? They are professional, friendly, efficient, and exceeded my own picky expectations. I kinda wish they could handle my eye glasses.......

Right Choice was absolutely amazing with my windshield replacement. Long before the work began, we had considerable trouble getting my insurance company to cooperate. Jamie was incredibly patient and communicative, sharing updates and exchanging ideas on how best to get the claim through the process. My insurance company seemed determined to push me toward a national auto glass company that shall remain nameless. Having dealt with that chain before, I knew I didn't want to trust them with the multitude of windshield-mounted cameras and sensors on my EV. Right Choice was completely on top of it. The glass looks great and all the windshield sensors still work perfectly. I simply could not ask for anything more from Right Choice, and I'll definitely be back for some tinting!

I hardly post reviews, but I thought it was important to let James and his team know how important they made me feel yesterday. What's unique about this reviews it doesn't have anything to actually do with the work he did for me . Its the way he took his time out from a crazy busy schedule to help me breakdown possibilities on how to fix my broken sunroof. Felt like 2 guys in the garage figuring out how to approach a difficult job. I left there feeling better about my situation and it's all because someone took a few minutes to not turn profit but to be a great human being ! Thank you James . BTW I was able to remove the glass and did the repair with my Brother-in-law

I give this organization and Jamie 5 stars (10 if I could). Dropped off my car (Mercedes SUV) at 9:00 am. I was surprised to get a call and a text at 10:30 am when the work was completed. This was superfast and outstanding windshield replacement/calibration customer service. Jamie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and explained the claims process with my auto insurance carrier in great detail. The cost was only my deductible as the Mercedes dealership wanted all of their money up front (nearly $2,000). I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. I highly recommend Right Choice for all of your auto glass needs.

Today was my first experience at Right Choice. I’ve been to several different glass shops brought the year and I could tell immediately that this was gonna be a great experience. Justin was so helpful from the start. There was no wait and they were very professional and kind. I felt seen and heard and was confident when I left my car. Upon pickup, my battery had died. Justin came out and jumped my car. Didn’t act like it was an inconvenience to him at all… then walked me over to a auto shop down the shoooing plaza to ask them to test my battery for me. Like wow! Just a great place and I’ll be back if I need another window replaced.

Great from start to finish. Great communication, fast, reasonably priced especially compared to others, clean waiting area with drink and snacks, keep you updated on the process, they keep their cool dealing with difficult people like me and two rude ladies that came in when I was there. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Windshield looks good, sounds good and they left my car as clean as I gave it to them other than blue tape and a new clean windshield you can’t tell the cars been touched. Clear visibility. Hopefully, I’ll NEVER need to use them again, but I would if I had to. Highly recommended.

I had the windows of my vehicle tinted and I am very happy with my whole experience at Right Choice Auto Glass. In terms of communication, the staff is very quick, professional, and responsive both by email and text messaging. They did a great job explaining the options for my vehicle to make the right decision for my preferences. Follow up questions were responded to promptly. I love the look of the final product on my car! I’m so happy with the whole experience that I plan on having Right Choice tint the windows on my other family vehicle. Our Jeep got broken into and I called around trying to find someone who understood the situation. Other places told me it would be days before they could get me in, Right Choice told me to bring it in (it was 30 minutes before they closed) and took care of us on the spot. Their prices were the same as other quotes I got and there was no attempt to take advantage of us! I won't go anywhere else for my vehicles in the future because of the level of service and understanding they provided in a high stress situation!
